“First time i went to fresh kitchen it was okay, my chicken was burnt and the sauces weren’t good. I decided to go back with my boyfriend because we wanted healthy food, let me tell you I am impressed. The food was delicious and the ginger sauce was way better than the first time i tried it. The price point is amazing and way cheaper than SoFresh! I had the sweet tea and it was so good, it’s not overly sugary. The citrus chicken wasn’t burnt and the almond chicken was so good. Definitely will be going back.“
“My go to coffee shop in Lakeland, I almost always get their lavender honey iced latte but their tea options are also fantastic. Can't go wrong with their food too, I love their flat breads and they have a caprese sandwich that is delicious as well. Highly recommend! Even have a drive through pick up at the Southside location for those that don't like to stop.“
“Food is good, no argument there. I tried the Philly wrap with side of street corn. So delicious the street corn has just the right level of kick to it.The seating area is outside under trees and you order and pickup from the windows. Good for a quick lunch in the middle of your day. Go and try it.“
“Their praline bacon breakfast sandwich is ridiculously good (like, came down from heaven, good) and the BLT-ish sandwich from the lunch menu is great. I was never really a coffee drinker (and still do decaf) but their lattes are delicious. I tend to eat here 2-3 times a month and the customer service is fantastic and I've never had a bad experience here. I live in Bartow and would eat here all the time if it was closer --which is probably good for my wallet as they're not the cheapest. But you get the quality that you pay for!Dietary restrictions: They have good gluten free options!“
“Today I had the delicious Greek bowl with steak as my protein! The bowl had the perfect portion to fill me up. The food was brought to me as I ate inside the restaurant. The atmosphere was peaceful and sanitary. This is my 3rd time coming here and I will continue to eat here because of all the amazing options they offer.“

Chicken wrap is loaded with meat and cheese, blackberry farm is sweet and salty, and the hamburger tasted delicious. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant out. “I was told to come here and try the burgers. Not disappointed. Good char. Good temp on the meat as requested. Good portion size. Good value. Great staff. It's a good cross between a sports bar and a dive bar. The burgers, only thing we tried, elevated beyond expectations. I will definitely come back. The tacky bathroom (cut up old kegs for urinals) is an understandable attempt at being unique. Unfortunately that's a fail. I would recommend that they concentrate on what they do well, and neaten up the decor. This place could be awesome.“

“Went for a family dinner yesterday. 7 of us. The food was good. Our server,Dee, did a great job. She worked very hard at taking care of us. Very pleasant and very friendly. I write the following as a suggestion rather than a complaint. Bring the solid bar back. It is missed. We would like to come back on a regular basis, and that was a part of what brought us there. Other restaurants in town are bringing their salad bars back. It would be good if you did the same unless you got rid of it permanently. Another thing… your servers are very busy. Especially when the place has a lot of people. Maybe you should reconsider, allowing the client to pay upfront instead of leaving it to your servers. And I’ll tell you why. Your servers should not have to worry about taking care of the clients and at the same time ringing up the charges. When they’re very busy, your customers have to wait longer to get checked out. I learned that when I tried to save my server the extra time and went upfront to pay my bill and told I could not do so. That’s the service responsibility. Just a suggestion.“
