“Small sit down/takeout place. My first time here. I got the stew goat with rice and peas. I got the “medium” portion and it was enough for 3 people! It also tasted delicious. I could have drank the gravy by itself. Definitely worth checking out if you like Caribbean food!“

“A flavorful Haitian spot in that specific area. I usually go for the turkey meal with the sauce and Haitian fried goat . Sometimes it's a bit of a wait but i always like to order over the phone in advance so i can just grab and go . Never really had any issues with my food since I've been visiting here . It's hard to find good Haitian or Caribbean spots . I noticed Miami has more variety. But this spot is not bad at all. They elevated from their previous spot they've been at for yearss and have done a great job in presenting this one . Congrats ! Proud of them :)“

“The sweetest experience came in right before closing. The wait staff was professional and endearing they cooked my food fresh and even gave me a complimentary drink while I waited. I thought this was great because the interior was warm. I highly recommend the food was definitely worth the wait.“

“Great spot and very authentic! We stopped here after we moved, since it always looked busy (good sign). We were not disappointed! Beautiful tarts, croissants, scones, etc. I also had a delicious latte. Highly recommend this spot for breakfast or a treat.“

“The food from Chez Elda is out of this world. I don't live in FL but I was on my way to MIA and I Google a Haitian restaurant and Chez Elda was the closest one so I ordered fried goat tassot with fried plantains and a red snapper with white rice and beans puree. OMG. Listen, I cannot give them 6 stars but I was extremely pleased with the food. The fish was kinda pricey but it worth it because it was huge. I never bought any goat tassot that taste this good. I made sure on my way back I got two to go. I'm definitely going back for the goat OMG. BTW I drive a truck throughout the United States so believe me if I tell you that I rate them #1 in goat tassot.“

“The food was Fantastic! It's a hole in the wall, not very clean, very worn, no atmosphere, tv's playing baseball games, took 1.25 hrs to serve 8 people. Griot, marinated pork, was so incredibly flavorful , made from pork belly, Jamaican oxtails were super tasty, the salmon was served w a creamy sauce, and the j*** chicken and curry chicken were great. Expect to be served food like they serve in Haiti. I will eat there again but will only do take out. It's definitely a Haitian Creole place“

“Where do I start. I woke with a craving for Haitian food. I was looking for somewhere I could place the order online and go pick up. After a quick google search Hallelujah's Kitchen popped up from the reviews and pictures of the food I was sold. I've also passed the food truck many times on my way home but never had the chance to stop. Always saying one day I will. So this was my chance. Online ordering was easy, the menu was well detailed and not overbearing. I ordered the Tasty Turkey, Fried Chicken Feast and Precious Patties. When I was ready to to pick up my order, I realized I had a flat tire. Hungry and frustrated I called the restaurant. I spoke to Roseanne and explained the situation, that I would be a little late to pick up my order. She was very understanding and ensured me that it was ok my food would be waiting for me. I had problems with getting my tire off and help was 2hrs away. I had to call again and explain what was going on. Again Roseanne was understanding of the situation. After a little deliberation, she helped me come up with the idea to place a duplicate order in Uber and have them deliver the food to me. Delivery took 15mins which was awesome! But the best part was all my food was got when I received it. Not microwave hot but freshly made and put together. The food was delicious! My fiance agreed and said hands down the best Haitian food he has ever had, and I agree! The customer service was A+++ thank you so much Roseanne! And the food was even better! This was my first time ordering from this establishment, and I'll definitely will go back soon.“
