“Great food and service. They start you right out with a carafe of water without even asking...small thing but one of the first rules of service...get something in front of the guest. We usually sit at the sushi bar..both chefs are very good and very professional..everything super fresh. Highly recommend. The restaurant was redone in the past couple of years and they got it right..enjoy.“

“TL:DR - Magnificent food, mandatory 18% gratuity is not good for customer service.Getting the only flaw out of the way, our waiter came to take our order, delivered our food / drinks, and delivered the bill (30 minutes after we were done and trying to flag someone down to pay). That’s it. No checkups, no drink refills and no alcohol refill inquiries. It’s Florida, it’s hot outside, my water was empty 15-20 minutes after we sat down. And it stayed that way the rest of the night. I was also very likely to have another sake or two… But alas, I wasn’t given the choice.I fully understand the reasoning, some people are awful humans, but a mandatory 18% gives the waiter / waitress zero incentive to actually try. At least ours, anyway. They definitely phoned it in.Food? Magnificent. Steak and chicken, perfectly cooked and deliciously seasoned. Fried rice had a good flavor and wasn’t a soggy mess. Noodles done correctly and not a mooshy mess. I would absolutely eat here again.I would also be a little more proactive about aggressively flagging down a missing waiter if that occurred again.Give the food a try, you won’t regret it. And maybe flag down a manager if you feel like you’re being neglected in the service department, you’re forced to pay for it.“

“Definitely recommend. Nothing fancy about the location or the decor, but worth a visit. I had a few rolls, a salad and edamame... and I couldn't finish it all. The fish was fresh. The portions were good (not great) and the flavors were on point. Parking is plentiful and it was walking distance from my hotel. I got a taster of the cucumber salad, and I will definitely get that next time. They aren't reinventing... they are just delivering.“

“It really is 5 Stars worthy! Food, service and atmosphere were amazing! The owners and the staff should be very proud of themselves.We had the chicken and steak Hibachi everything was perfectly cooked and seared. The salad and the dressing were amazing I’ve never finished a salad at a Hibachi until today, we’ve only been able to find Takoyaki this good in Hawaii and last we had a passion fruit green tea with mango popping and lychee jelly which was also amazing. And can’t forget the fried Oreos! This would be our regular spot if we lived in Orlando.“

“We come here every Saturday night and have never been disappointed. The wait staff is efficient and friendly. The prices are reasonable. Because of the name, I've seen customers come in with a group and be disappointed that they don't cook hibachi at the table. It's a little misleading but it is what it is.“

“This place is great for a quick Japanese food choice. The ramen is simple great for the ones that are just trying out ramen. I would mostly come here for the rice bowls they have so many choices and it’s hard to pick one. I got the Miso Katsu Don and ramen with pork. The service is fast and friendly. Don’t forget to get red ginger! I am not sure if you have to return the trays or not so please ask. Overall for a quick and simple eat at anytime this place is great!“

The food is delicious and high quality compared to other grill-your-own-meat places (you pay for the premium) and that alone can carry the restaurant.I have to mention one issue during our visit. We were a larger group and it seemed that larger parties were somewhat deprioritized. While the staff was friendly, it took a bit longer for our orders to be taken, and we noticed that smaller tables around us received their cooking food before us. Either plan accordingly or make sure the staff get you your food items in a timely manner. We had already pretty much eaten all of the sides that accompanied the meat by the time the meat arrived and we were not particularly pleased at how long we ended up at the restaurant and were so hungry we forgot to take pictures of the main courses.While I may pick other places to host larger parties from now on, I would still highly recommend Gyu-Kaku for anyone looking for a unique and delicious dining experience. They are still an oasis in our dining desert. Just be aware that if you're in a larger group, you might experience a bit of a wait.“

“So I was looking for a non-Disney sushi place. Saw the reviews of this place and gave it a shot. While you won't be impressed by its ambiance, you will be by the food and service. For the prices, the sushi was great. Same with draft beers only being $4.50. One of my kids had the combo dinner and portions were good size and the chicken and fried rice tasted great. If you were not looking for an upscale place with still good food this is it.“

My boyfriend and I decided to order their hibachi platter, we chose shrimp, top sirloin steak and calamari....it was soooo delicious! This platter came with rice,noodles and vegetables...such a great deal! The salad I felt like they could have done better. I would have liked the more fresh ginger dressing not the creamy kind. Miso soup was on point. My boyfriend felt like his soup lacked flavor but it wasn't completely bad. Their moscato was really good too and refreshing,not expensive at all. “Decided to take myself on a little date and I was highly suggested to visit Maguro and boy it didn't disappoint. To start I had the Guaycol and it was a very refreshing cocktail. As an appetizer I was highly suggested the fried tuna. I would say this is a very large appetizer dish; great to share or even have as an entrée. It was really good and that avocado sauce it came with it gave it such a good touch. I also had the pork belly fried rice. This also was a large portion and great to share. The sweet plantains gave it a sweet touch, but the pork belly was nice and flavorful. It was like a mixed flavor explosion. As a roll I had La Kaldachan; I highly recommend it. Overall it everything I had was great. Now let's talk about the service. I have to say a restaurant is nothing of the staff isn't great and the staff here was a sold 5 stars! The attention and care the staff will show to their craft is amazing. Everyone from our host, waitress and cooks were outstanding. The restaurant was clean and very well taken care of.“

The hibachi cook did a great time entertaining us and the meal came with refried rice AND Noodles! It was do delicious. They even use minced garlic in their cooking which I don't think I've seen others use before. They have about 12 hibachi tables. We came on a weds evening. “It was my first time order food here and I was so surprised by how good the food and service were. I didn’t know it was inside of the food court so when I came pick up I got a little confused but the cashier lady was so lovely and very nice with her customer service. She carefully packed my food and politely instructed me on how to use the straw for my boba tea. I thought that was very cute of her. I’ll come back to this for sure. This place deserves more than a 5 star for being in the food court with such excellent service. By the way, I got a shrimp tempura roll, chicken dumplings and passion fruit boba tea. “I didn't get photos of everything I was too distracted eating this food lol. When you arrive the workers are so sweet! When you go inside they give you a little tour of the front and explain what all of the rooms are and what they mean. We dined in the water room it was beautiful I'm not sure if they offer other dining options, we got the omakase (non vegetarian) meal which was 250$ per person. (Not including drinks) They started with sushi, which was amazing I wish they had a cooked option though, I'm not a fan of raw fish at all. They were able to give us Japanese A5 wagyu beef for some of the rolls as we requested them to be cooked, they weren't bad! It was interesting to say the least They give you about three more dishes before you get to the wagyu and roasted duck options, they were all amazing! We tried ALOT of sake options, they were surprisingly really smooth They made us a little thank you card and origami at the end, the server she was super sweet I wish I got her name. But all in all I'd definitely recommend trying this place out, if you like raw fish 10/10 I'd say if your not a fan of sushi or raw fish do not waste your time going here it's mostly raw“

We had Heaven roll, Crazy roll, one other special roll with salmon that I can't remember but was delicious, and a yellowtail roll. Also some salmon nigiri. “Our regular restaurant for many years. Time and time again the service and food are of the highest quality. Despite the difficult times that the catering industry has faced in recent years, Chris and his loyal team are always fully committed to the guests. Always cheerful, always up for a chat and the food is fantastic. My favourite; the Crazy Honey Salmon or the Flamed Salmon Nigiri. “Itadakimasu!!!Teppan Edo's food was very delicious. Our Chef was really nice. My family knows some Japanese especially my husband and son and the Chef enjoyed us all speaking with him in his native language. All the staff had great customer service. We tried Takoyaki for the first time and we loved it. My husband had the steak, my son had the Ebi (shrimp), and I had the Tori (chicken).Highly recommend eating here if going to EPCOT.“

There are three Asian food options but sarku Japan was the best.Luscious well cooked prawns on fried rice, 4 fried dumplings with 4 pieces of sushi and a wholesome salad portion.
