“Great food and service. They start you right out with a carafe of water without even asking...small thing but one of the first rules of service...get something in front of the guest. We usually sit at the sushi bar..both chefs are very good and very professional..everything super fresh. Highly recommend. “TL:DR - Magnificent food, mandatory 18% gratuity is not good for customer service.Getting the only flaw out of the way, our waiter came to take our order, delivered our food / drinks, and delivered the bill (30 minutes after we were done and trying to flag someone down to pay). That’s it. No checkups, no drink refills and no alcohol refill inquiries. It’s Florida, it’s hot outside, my water was empty 15-20 minutes after we sat down. And it stayed that way the rest of the night. I was also very likely to have another sake or two… But alas, I wasn’t given the choice.I fully understand the reasoning, some people are awful humans, but a mandatory 18% gives the waiter / waitress zero incentive to actually try. At least ours, anyway. They definitely phoned it in.Food? Magnificent. Steak and chicken, perfectly cooked and deliciously seasoned. Fried rice had a good flavor and wasn’t a soggy mess. Noodles done correctly and not a mooshy mess. “With the lack of good Asian restaurants in the area, we were excited to see Charm Thai ans Sushi open right behind the Magic Kindom in Windermere. The quality and taste of the food is INCREDIBLE. The restaurant is small and cozy with an open kitchen where you can see how fresh the ingredients are. And I could tell because of the food taste. “Definitely recommend. Nothing fancy about the location or the decor, but worth a visit. I had a few rolls, a salad and edamame... and I couldn't finish it all. The fish was fresh. The portions were good (not great) and the flavors were on point. Parking is plentiful and it was walking distance from my hotel. I got a taster of the cucumber salad, and I will definitely get that next time. They aren't reinventing... they are just delivering.“

The salad and the dressing were amazing I’ve never finished a salad at a Hibachi until today, we’ve only been able to find Takoyaki this good in Hawaii and last we had a passion fruit green tea with mango popping and lychee jelly which was also amazing. We had a great time, and not only was the staff awesome, but the clientele was equally as amazing. “Decided to take myself on a little date and I was highly suggested to visit Maguro and boy it didn't disappoint. To start I had the Guaycol and it was a very refreshing cocktail. As an appetizer I was highly suggested the fried tuna. I would say this is a very large appetizer dish; great to share or even have as an entrée. It was really good and that avocado sauce it came with it gave it such a good touch. I also had the pork belly fried rice. This also was a large portion and great to share. The sweet plantains gave it a sweet touch, but the pork belly was nice and flavorful. It was like a mixed flavor explosion. As a roll I had La Kaldachan; I highly recommend it. Overall it everything I had was great. Now let's talk about the service. I have to say a restaurant is nothing of the staff isn't great and the staff here was a sold 5 stars! “Fantastic experience at Morimoto’s tonight. We travelled to Disney Springs specifically to visit this restaurant and as usual it didn’t disappoint. We had early dinner reservations and were seated promptly right on time. Our waiter’s name was Hunt. He was remarkable, so kind and attentive. He made our dining experience feel so special. He was personable yet respectful, very good at making sure our needs were met before we had to ask. Our family ordered the ribs, orange chicken, chinese vegetables and fried rice. Everything was absolutely delicious and plentiful, perfectly executed from taste to texture to temperature to presentation. Morimoto’s does a wonderful job from beginning to end. We also got to try their lemon and matcha sorbet and churros with chocolate as a compliment from Hunt and as everything else they were a delight. We recommend Morimoto’s to anyone who enjoys an amazing culinary experience and outstanding service. We will return without any doubt.“

“We came here for dinner after being turned away from Oishi, and we are sure glad we did. The service was great and the food was more amazing. So flavorful and delicious. The hibachi cook did a great time entertaining us and the meal came with refried rice AND Noodles! It was do delicious. They even use minced garlic in their cooking which I don't think I've seen others use before. They have about 12 hibachi tables. We came on a weds evening. “Had a delicious lunch and cocktails at this delightful little grill by the pool in Disney’s Polynesian Resort. We were fortunate to be served by a lovely waiter by the name of Marlon, who was truly excellent, a real asset to Disney! We had burgers, wings, chicken wrap and fries. - all very tasty. These were washed down with some cold beer and cocktails. The kids loved the free top ups on soft drinks too. A great experience!“
