The ONLY highlight of this visit was the waitress Latoya steppin in and taking our order after we had sat for 20 mins with NO ONE coming to our table of four. We then waited close to 45 mins for our food. Half of the orders weren't complete and the other half was cold...but again Latoya made it right. "Barb" who was SUPPOSED to be our waitress, made it to our table only twice and it was to do what Latoya had already done.
We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 p.m. they weren't crazy busy. We waited for 30 minutes, then we noticed people that came in after us being seated. I asked if we were on the list to be seated and we were told they called our name. They never took our name. We spoke to a manager once we were seated and it was like it was no big deal that we had been there for almost 45 minutes at that point and didn't have any did. We walked out!! I'm done with Cracker Barrel!!!
