tropical smoothie canceled my order about 20 minutes prior to it being delivered. the lady who answered the phone would not give me the time or day to see why my order was canceled. yes I ordered it through door dash but from their website so I can get my birthday smoothie. she told me to contact doordash and hung up on me. but door dash told me to contact them. when I try to call back no one answers the phone.
The last few times I’ve been here there has only been one guy working. Despite being super understaffed he has handled the challenge with determination and an awesome attitude! Kudos to you, Leonardo!
Order our food and took 2 hours to get it because they gave it to the wrong person. Then couldn’t get a manger on the phone just to remake our food for something they did wrong. Absolutely ridiculous!
