“I have patronized this location for the better of 5 years or more and overall I have had pleasant experiences and enjoyed the food. Naturally, there were times when mistakes did occur and the owner/manager always offered to correct; however, the manager/owner's habitual excuse making as a pass for incompetence (customer service) is rather insufferable!!! I was taught that you tell the establishment rather than smear but clearly Pat does NOT appreciate my efforts to give him the opportunity to hear my complaints without making me feel as if I am unreasonable to expect that my order is correct with all the accompanied condiments and not a waste of my time to have to wait longer to correct and/or forced to return to the business!“

I went while on vacation and left a package with all my iPhone, iwatch and AirPods. 3 was later I called & they had them. The general manager and manager mailed it to me. 2025 update. Since inflation costs have gone up, it seems like the amount of food that you get is less for more money now. The flavor is still okay but price wise I feel like I can get a better value for the same amount of money somewhere else. It seems like when we crack the legs open there's hardly any meat on the inside. Also the last time we were there we had waited 25 minutes for the check. I left and walked to Publix to get ice cream and was able to check out and walk back. My husband was still waiting for the check. I said this is ridiculous. We stood up front to pay, could have just left. The experience is not what it was“

Seasoning, flavor, it’s SOO fresh, service was amazing. It’s such a good restaurant. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip, this will definitely be our go to seafood spot.“

“Best.Omelette.Ever! The breakfast buffet is very good with a lot of great options, but the omelette station and the gentlemen making omelettes on 7/31/24 was hands-down the best we have ever had.
This restaurant is located inside the Daytona Beach Hilton on N. Atlantic Ave.

Parking: The Hilton has their own parking area however you do have to pay for parking. The other option is valet.“

“We went to Caribbean Jacks while on vacation, and were not disappointed. The food was wonderful, and the service was fantastic. This is not the reason for the review however. When we contacted the restaurant about a possible lost credit card, Chris and the rest of his staff went above and beyond by locating the card, then personally mailing it to our home. “Mama’s has quickly become our new favorite! We greatly enjoy the fresh, healthy menu, as well as the cozy atmosphere, and attentive, friendly staff. We’ve tried several of the delicious dishes and have been impressed and pleased with them. The Spring Rolls are a must with their yummy peanut sauce. The Com Ga Toi is truly scrumptious, as well as the Pho Tai Nam, mouth watering!!! We’ve been full to the gills from the sizable portions, so we haven’t tried dessert yet, but the options look tasty. The staff is engaging and makes you feel welcome as they politely check in on you and fill your drinks and bring the wonderful offerings. We will continue to enjoy Mama’s every chance we get! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“I took my niece and her friends there for her 13th birthday on Saturday for a fancy dinner. The staff here was amazing made her birthday extra special started with the menu she opened it and it said happy birthday with her name. Our waiters were amazing imagine how chaotic and loud four 13 year old girls can be but they didn’t skip a beat. Made sure their drinks were always full and very attentive that my niece said how did they know I wanted this. It was all around a great experience. Will be visiting again but if you want a loved one to feel special for their special day this is the place“

“I love this place. It can be hit or miss at times. I've had the gizzards, the wings and the fish with shrimp. The food is good although it's not highly seasoned. The flavor comes from the lemon pepper that they sprinkle on top. With that being said, sometimes the food is sprinkled well and sometimes it's not. Be sure to ask for lemon pepper on the meat and the fries. Sometimes the fries can be a little under done and not drained well which makes them soggyy. The service is exceptional and my food has never been cold. Also, the lunch specials are worth the price. My biggest complaint is that there has been a bad smell inside of the restaurant on a few occasions. It smell like they have issues with the pipes. I hate this for them. I hope they can get that situation taken care because it gives a bad impression. Overall, I give this establishment 4 stars.“

“We had an amazing experience at Longboards, the tiki bar and restaurant right outside our hotel, during our mini-moon! The food was fantastic, the drinks were on point, and the laid-back island vibe was exactly what we were hoping for.

Christian and Jack truly made the experience special. Their service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and so welcoming. They helped create such a fun, relaxed atmosphere and made us feel celebrated during a really special trip.

“We’ve been ordering take out here for many years now, the kids love it and it’s easy and affordable. The combination meals are a great deal, with rice and an egg roll. Kids’ favorites are house special mei fun, sesame chicken, bourbon chicken and you get free soup or other goodies when you order a certain amount. Check their menu. It’s made fresh and fast, the service is friendly and if you want to eat in, don’t expect anything special, just tables and seats, plenty of them. It’s clean so all in all 5 stars.“

It was all amazing. wings had a light smoke taste but did not over kill the garlic Parmesan. crispy but not to hard. chicken tenders were amazing... unique taste. Gotta go to try it. food was cooked fresh, hot when delivered to table. fries served in little fry basket. seasoned just right. not soggy. The pricing I believe is very reasonable compared to other local restaurants. staff friendly and knowledge about food prepared. Highly recommend. They truly stand out with their quality, flavorful fresh ingredients, and diverse innovative menu. Personally, I love me the Lowers Bowl with a couple additional toppings (not that it needs it). I highly recommend coming here. If I had to add any constructive feedback from a frequent customer, it would be to please consider offering a student discount. On the many occasions that I’ve gone there, I’ve noticed the popularity amongst local students like myself. For many, a bowl is probably equivalent to their hourly wage. It would be nice to feel supported just as we find it very much worth it to spend our money supporting this local business and what it has to offer. The loyalty program through your app is nice, but it does not make an immediate impact as customers have to spend a lot before noticing a reward.“
