We went in the store about 5:15 p.m. on 1/31/24 to order 2 subs for dinner. Staff was very pleasant, prompt, and helpful. Food, on the other hand, was very disappointing. The meats and veggies were fresh and tasty, but both of our freshly baked sub rolls were like cardboard. I had multi-grain and the other was the parm/herb. Terrible, dry, chewy stuff! Always in there ordering and I never had an issue. Waited about 5 minutes for previous customer which was fine. I ordered and had great conversation with the gentleman which is great cause I have seen him before and he remembered me. The customer prior had a issue with paying cause there internet was having issues. Nothing is said to me and the next 3 people in line. So I order my food and go to pay and my card won't go thru. I've been here twice & both times was greeted w/positive smiling faces!! I had an issue w/a gift card & the girl working went above & beyond to help me figure it out. It was really nice of her to take the time to show me how to work the App & my gift card. TY FOR THE GREAT SERVICE, IT IS APPRECIATED!
