“We have been in the area for over 30 years and we have been going to Hellas since we discovered it shortly after moving here in 1994. The saganaki is the best...Opa. The food is excellent, the service is excellent and the wait staff are above and beyond. We love this place and dine there about once a month if not more. Depends on what's going on in our lives. Oh...and make sure you visit the Bakery. OMG you will find so much to eat there and it is all good. Thank you Hellas for your dedication to this community.“
“We absolutely loved this place..such delicious food! We had the gyros..fries are delicious and Greek salad as a side is delicious and huge. We stopped on a whim and the owner, Mike, came and chatted with us even though it was almost closing time. We will be back again and again. Ecxellent customer service and delicious food is a win for us...20 out of 10!“
“Just arrived back in Clearwater after years and years. My first stop was an old favorite. Last time I was here Sofia and her Husband owned the place. I was sad to hear they sold it. Nervous too, I was worried the food wouldn't be what it was, but I was wrong. The food quality hasn't changed. Gyros were some of the best I've had and the cannolis and baklava were so delicious. Prices were good. Decor hasn't changed either. Great hidden gem of Clearwater, FL.“
“Our waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed with the crowd of patrons. Maybe hire another person? I ordered a half order of biscuits and gravy. It was delicious but a little too much pepper. I'd rather add my own, than to have it served with that much on it. My husband enjoyed his omelette. It was a cool little restaurant as far as appearance.“
“This is a fabulous spot for lunch, brunch or lunch. Great omelets and eggs benedict - home fries are delicious and cooked perfectly and huge portions. Good coffee and excellent service and very reasonable pricing.Love this place (also the one in Pinellas Park but the Largo restaurant is bigger and newer).Highly recommend.“
“Enjoyed a delicious Greek salad with grilled chicken for lunch! Super cute authentic family-owned restaurant in the heart of Largo. The owner is extremely welcoming and friendly and the staff yells OPA! each time they bring out the fiery cheese!“
“I love this little bakery. Definitely enjoyed it more than Hellas. My only disappointment today was they didn't have their olive bread. If you are going to visit the area Definitely call ahead and try to order the olive bread. It is the most wonderful thing I've ever eaten.“
“Ate dinner here for the first time Friday night and everything we ordered was very good. HUGE portions - we got pasta dishes because we saw so many being ordered and they didn’t disappoint. Service was good despite them being busy, we even brought dessert home. We will definitely be back or try the convenient pickup window, there’s so many other things we want to try.“
“Have waited a long long time to eat here, but always a long line and I simply dislike the wait. FINALLY today on good Friday there was no one. I parked fast and truly worth the months I've waited. The hostess, likely the owner was extremely pleasant. Chicken wrap was absolutely ? delicious, the tomatoes were fresh and the tzaziki sauce just perfect. It's a hole in the wall with the very best food. Forget Hellas just opposite, this Limani is superb. The outside searing is pleasant as well. Thank you, we will be back ! And will wait if need be ?“
“Delicious authentic Greek food. I had the chef’s special calamari, perfectly cooked and served on onions, garlic and honey. Perfect combination. Started with the lemon soup which was the best I’ve tasted. They ended the meal with apple slices with cinnamon and honey. Very nice way to end a delicious meal. Food was plentiful, service was excellent & our waitress had a great sense of humor. Made us feel welcome and want to return for more.“
“Food was delicious, staff were warm and friendly, and atmosphere was wonderful . If you want to give 5 stars, tap the 5th star first. I tapped the first star first, because I thought you had to start tapping one at a time. Google thought I was giving it only 1 star. I had to delete it and start over.“
“Best pizza around. I’m originally from New Jersey. I know real pizza. Lol! No offense. This is real New York pizza. I asked my neighbor here once, who makes the best pizza? He said….”The gas station” ? Don’t let the location fool you. The best pizza and all other kinds of Italian goodies.“
“I stop in before work like 3 times a week the food is always fresh soup is delicious rice bowl amazing best Greek salad n town wraps supper yummy and baklava cheesecake mind blowing. Service is always friendly and d fast staff always greets you with a smile even if they are super busy they always are friendly and inviting Communcant say enough about this place. Wish I had pics for ya but I always save it for after work and eat it and it’s always amazing or the wraps I eat on my way to work no time for a pic lol delicious always! My tummy says Thank you!FreshFastFriendlyVegetarian options: There’s an option on every menu item and the soup as wellKid-friendliness: Lots of choices for picky kidsWheelchair accessibility: Located in largo mall has outdoor seating and inside seating“
“Food wasn't the worst, but wasn't the best. I ordered their gyro, the meat is the standard stuff they serve at fast food gyro places, and the Greek salad I ordered was literally 50% peppercini peppers, I guess I just expected a bit more from an actual Greek restaurant. My family really enjoyed the London Broil, so maybe I should have ordered that. Overall, I would like to try something else there, so maybe I'll give it another chance in the future.“
“we didn't really care for the food. the fries had a grease taste and the gyro sauce tasted funny. the prices are quite high. for 3 people it was over 60.00 for gyros fries and drinks. we should have gone somewhere else for those prices. The add on combo options were really ridiculous. A gyro for 12.00 wow. I won't be back.“
“First time here. Greek salad was filling and delicious. Booth was comfy (many booths at restaurants are not) and restaurant clean, busy and not too noisy. Worker checked in with me twice and even cleared my bowl away. Pita bread was soft and warm, but I didn't care for the grill taste. The salad was fabulous, fresh, great taste combination, just the right amount of dressing, healthy veggies, and the surprise potato salad in the middle! I wish we had this restaurant in my state!“
“The history of the Sponge Docks begins with John Cheyney founded the first sponge business in Tarpon Springs in the 1880s. His success attracted sponge divers from Greece and it provided quite a few jobs for the local economy. The sponges were harvested off the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico using surface boats and long poles to bring up the sponges. In 1905 John Cocoris came to town and introduced sponge diving to the industry. This deep sea diving technique used a special suit and a diving helmet with air pumped in from a compressor on the boat. He brought in divers from Greece and the sponge industry soon became one of the biggest businesses in Florida and required more and more divers. Many of the original divers came from the Dodecanese Islands of Kalymnos, Symi and Halki. The street that runs along the sponge docks on the river is named Dodecanese Boulevard. Many more Greeks came to Tarpon to open restaurants, candy stores, coffee houses, taverns and grocery stores Thousands of Greeks stayed in Tarpon Springs and they helped to build the city. Today the area along the Sponge Docks is an interesting tourist destination with hundreds of shops, bakeries, restaurants and other businesses with mostly Greek themes. There are museums, statues, plaques and other reminders of the area's unique history. The Sponge Docks is still a working waterfront that is home to the remaining sponge boats and a large fleet of shrimpers. If you visit Tarpon Springs, the Sponge Docks are a must!“
“Food was prepared on the spot and was plentiful and delicious. Customer service was so friendly and superb that I thought that I was being served by the Owner, but when I asked Simon if he owned the place, he said no. Mmmm, not all Little Greek restaurants are the same. This is one is the best!!!“
“Simple. Laughter. Lots of chatter. Relaxing. Enjoyable breakfast foods but to be honest, I've never had anything different. Service - those people hustle. Candid - go, enjoy the food, the servers, and the other patrons. Just a nice place. An oasis. ?“
“ordered 4 gyros they were so-so iok but more salty and ground up then usual we called and asked if they changed recipes or something the owner, who is a really nice guy said no.. maybe things just got a little sloppy in the preparation in the kitchen because they were so busy on buy 1 get 1 free day.. this guy is so nice he delivered us 4 gyros which were made perfectly this time on the house great customer service and delicious gyros ! Definitely worth a try been ordering for years.“

“On a beautiful evening in Tarpon Springs, Florida, the Jesus Navarrete family decided to spend their evening at Yianni's Seafood & Greek Cuisine. The restaurant, known for its delicious Mediterranean dishes and Greek influence, was the perfect place to enjoy the sunset. As they sat down at their table, they were greeted with warm smiles from the staff and a menu full of mouth-watering options. The weather was perfect, with a gentle breeze and a warm sun setting in the distance. The family enjoyed the fresh seafood and traditional Greek dishes, savoring each bite and taking in the stunning view of the sunset over the water. Yianni's Seafood & Greek Cuisine provided the perfect ambiance for a memorable evening with loved ones.“

“Our service was phenomenal, the food was amazing. Pricing was about $10-$20 per person. The salad for one is more than enough! I had chicken souvlaki which was so flavorful and tender. Will be back!Parking: When busy, parking lot is full and must park on street and walk.“
“So the staff and food is good. Staff left the door open and it was so cold..everyone was cold. I finally closed it, asking permission. Just suggest they have a bit more awareness. Since we were cold, I ordered 2 Greek coffees. They don't serve coffee! Food is good, but that made it feel more like a chain, which is it but never felt like it and not local yumminess.“
“Been eating here for 20 years, I grew up eating here and now my kids are doing the same. Can’t go wrong with a burger, the gyro or some tacos. I do miss the original fries , but the mozzarella sticks and o-rings are great. Try the Tamales if they have any in stock! They have good portions and keep the place clean. One of the very few places that are open late in town, but with a menu with lots to chose from.“
“I ate lunch, here, with a coupon from a parking vendor. Glad I did! Quiet, set back off the main road at The Sponge Docks. A wonderful aroma met me in the door. This place is worth the short walk to get to. Had their roast lamb gyro. Most tasty and the meat was cooked so well and generously loaded with vegetables.Parking: Small parking lot around the side of the building. Plenty of pay lots available, though.“
“Had a Great time at COCO’s Crush Bar & Grill! Food was great, trivia night was fun and met some AWESOME servers!!! Thanks Alex, John, David & Alesha!!!! You’re the best! Come for food and drinks stay for Fun times!!! Dirty Monkeys and Rum Runners are the “
“This is a really solid little place. It isn't Tarpon Springs but the food is good. They get it out pretty quickly but there's nothing fast food about it at all. It's well prepared quality food. I've been to several of the locations and they are consistent.“
“It was my first time last Friday.. A neighbor brought me. I had the jumbo stuffed shells. They were so good I could eat them again. The cesaer salad was also good. I cannot wait to bring my daughter and her friends. That sauce they make, CHEFS KISS DELISH!“
“Best pizza in town. Get the queens pizza it’s amazing. Chicken tenders and cheese sticks are yummy too. The gyros have the best sauce. Love to here.Dietary restrictions: Numerous options.Parking: More than 40 spaces.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly.“
“We ordered catering from Little Greek Boot Ranch for Easter this year. We picked up the food the night before and it reheated perfectly! It was super convenient, healthy and delicious food. Thank you to the entire team who made our Easter so enjoyable.“
“Easter Sunday lunch was amazing. Our family had a great time and excellent food. We felt like home. Everyone is polite and friendly. We all had fish and all the appetizers were as being back to Greece. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.“
“There are lots of restaurants in Safety Harbor with high elan, bold menus and virtuoso chefs. Paradise is not among them. But sometimes, you just want a cheeseburger, and Paradise makes a damn fine one. Their breakfast is consistent comfort food you don't have to think about and won't drain your wallet. Paradise isn't pretentious or fussy. If you're so fragile that you need that to validate your life, go to Cafe Vino Tinto instead. Pretentious and fussy are her middle name.“
“This place is family owned and has been around for years. It doesn't serve breakfast which I wish they did, lunch and dinner only. The food is very good and authentic as can be. This place sits next to a Starbucks so you can have coffee with there amazing Greek desserts. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat at a reasonable price.“
“Mama’s at the Sponge Docks is our favorite place to eat when in Tarpon Springs. Because we are local we have the opportunity to visit Tarpon Springs quite often; especially when family is visiting us from up north. We have been to all the eateries in Tarpon Springs and Mama’s is our number one choice. The service is always excellent and the food never disappoints. The atmosphere is simple, but we love the live music on Fridays and Saturdays. Every item on the menu is delicious. I always get Marides (smelts) because I won’t cook fried foods or fish in my house. Being Greek, I know what the foods should taste like and I have to say, 99.9% of the time it tastes like it came from your own kitchen!Highly recommend and visit the front entrance of the Sponge Exchange on Dodecanese Blvd to get your coupons for Mama’s dining.Kali Orexi!Vegetarian options: Salads, greens, falafel, seafood, fishes, and more!Kid-friendliness: Kids have a great time when they go.Wheelchair accessibility: You have to enter the restaurant from the Sponge exchange where there are ramps. The side entrances only steps.“
“This restaurant is so wonderful! The owners are such great people and the food is beyond delicious!! Being a dessert lover I must admit the desserts are heavenly. Today I tried the Boston Cream Cake and it was the best dessert I think I ever had! It was so fresh that it tasted like it was just made and melted in my mouth!! I just can’t put into words how amazing this restaurant is. I’m kind of afraid to spread this as I don’t want all my favorite things to run out.“
