“Happening place, very busy, staff was great and cordial, made some good recommendations. Very well prepared dishes, my daughters and I enjoyed the food very much. What could have been better? The air conditioning was running at full capacity and it wasn’t enough fresh air, specially at our table close to the open kitchen. It’s early August so it’s understandable. I’m coming back again later this fall!“

“Great food, good service. I really liked the multiple vegan/vegetarian options on the menu. I've eaten here a least six time, liked everything I've ordered. Note that I didn't order sushi, so I can't speak to how good that might be.

Vegetarian options: There are at least four entre items with vegan options, possibly more. One or two appetizers were vegan, too.“

“Well after seeing such great reviews for this restaurant. It has only been about a month and a half. And it shows, waitstaff was running around crazy to make sure everyone was accommodated.
Well its situated in a small strip of shops, and parking can be tricky as there are some popular venues and another restaurant there as well. We got there just at the right time, got a up front parking spot, and the last booth. they line the outer area with booths, and have tables in the middle.
Took a couple minutes for our server to get caught up, but we had some amazing appetizers, sushi and dessert was amazing too!! Sushi was amazing, presentation was awesome, and the appetizers came out hot, and the only thing i would add for the appetizers is maybe having different dipping sauces for some of them, 3 different appetizers and the same sauce for all 3.used to something a little different in that aspect, just a suggestion. The appetizers were amazing without sauce..
This restaurant is going to be a top contender in Gainesville !!

“🥹 this is one of the finest places to eat in the gville mall area. The food is beyond awesome in flavor and portion size. Finally a really really clean place to eat. Justin was our server who was extremely knowledgeable about all the dishes. My wife and I both were blown away by the service and then the manager introduced himself and we'll see were sold out. “I found this hidden gem last year and eat here at least twice a week since they opened. The food is the best Asian cuisine I’ve ever eaten! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the owners Bennie and his wife Fannie treat each customer with ta friendly and respectful atmosphere. Their attitude is also reflected by the staff. The prices are very reasonable and portions generous. A hidden gem!!!!!!!“

“We sampled lots of sushi between us this visit. All of us enjoyed the California rolls with lobster baked on top. The volcano and rainbow were some other fresh favorites. Beautiful restaurant and the owner and waitstaff were awesome. For the people in our group that didn’t like sushi, chi cken Katsu and Beef dish were also a hit. Highly recommend this sushi restaurant!!“

“I cannot say enough good things about Chopstix. The food is so good and you can tell everything is fresh. The service is always friendly and efficient. We often celebrate big events here and last night we celebrated my husband's 60th birthday in the private dining room. I was so busy running around talking to our 18 guests that I just asked Titi Le to order appetizers for the crowd, whatever. She asked a few questions and brought out exactly enough (not too much which many places would have done from that request to boost the bill) and a good variety to keep us having a great time until our food came. We all enjoyed our meal-lots of 'Wow, taste this,' heard around the tables. Our orders were all correct as were our individual checks, which is often not the case with big parties. The most fun part of the evening was when they surprised my husband with dessert and a fun version of the happy birthday song accompanied by a gong. I didn't realize that our party was running late, but we were never hurried or asked to leave. If you have a fun occasion to celebrate CALL CHOPSTIX CAFE!“

The place was packed, but we were seated very quickly, and the manager allowed me to set up a lil decor display, congratulating my son’s accomplishments! The service was over the top wonderful, food was amazing (we brought a lot home) and we’ll be back! Thank you guys for the wonderful service and for giving our small party of 4.5 such a wonderful experience! ❤️🫶🏼“

“Must be a local place, many seemed to know each other & the band members. Smoked scallops were wonderful & shrimp & grits were good. Too many things on the menu we wanted to try. Had a limited beer selection (if you don't drink the commercial brands), wish the staff was more attentive, wanted another beer but was never asked till we were done.“

“soooo i really wanted pho so i walked to bagels and noodles but they were closed so i came here instead and they did have pho on the menu :) the pho itself was good, definitely hit the spot and it was presented beautifully (i asked for everything on the side, they were out of beansprouts so gave me green beans instead which was weird but i ate and enjoyed it anyway lol) my server was very kind and the inside was beautiful, i will surely come back and try the rest of the menu“
