While it was listed on the menu, I must have missed it. Hopefully, Bascom's will reconsider bringing it back as a complimentary offering.Onto the service. With winter crowds thinning, I understand the staff might be winding down. However, the experience fell short of Bascom's usual standard. Previously, they had a two-tiered service system with a dedicated front waiter and support staff, ensuring attentiveness.Our waiter, let's call him J, seemed off-putting from the start. He rushed through the specials and drink options without much warmth. While a secondary server brought water, we never saw them again.J later took our food order and inquired about refills.
