“The Lifeguard by Edwar Simal Cafe & Restaurant and John, Eddy, & Joseph were amazing!The Lifeguard Cafe is amazing both service & quality of food. I had the Ham & Cheese Omelette(good & hearty), & the Signature Sweet Pancakes, those pancakes were a tiny bit of heaven, complete perfection. My family stumbled upon this unique cafe during our hunt for a brunch spot with good food @ a reasonable price after our 7 day cruise. John greeted us outside while we were checking out their menu, & was happy to make accommodations for all 14 of us. All service was stellar, they even gave us detailed descriptions of some of the menu items we had never had before. Some of us tried the Tropical Bombon espresso drink, delicious! The atmosphere is very welcoming for an art gallery, that doubles as a cafe. You just have to go for yourself, you’ll love it!“

“Combat restaurant, in the heart of Downtown with a very varied Latin menu, at good prices, large quantities, the cons are that it is not pretty and very small, but if you want to eat delicious and very cheap this is your place, the service is very good , different menus every day,“

“Sipsip is a great rooftop bar right in the heart of Coconut Grove! The views at sunset are spectacular, and they have an extensive happy hour menu including both food and drink specials. I recommend the sliders and the rum cocktail, and they have a good selection of beers as well. There's usually a lot of staff members even at peak hours when the bar tends to get busy, so I've never had to wait too long to be served. To get to the rooftop, just walk thru the lobby of the hotel and head to the elevators on the left of the atrium. You won't be disappointed!“

I am one of the most pickiest eaters I know, and the Brown stew fish had me eating like a GROWN MAN! “We were happy to see a Caribbean for choice in the Miami Airport which we got with Chefs of the Caribbean. While the beverage choices looked limited as well as the food choices, we were happy with the Jamaican patties. There were about 4-5 choices and they were warm. They were tasty, but they could have had better spicing. Right next to Half Moon Empanadas so easy to find seating at a nearby gate.“

“Have been staying at this Marriott Courtside for many years and have eaten here before. There have been many iterations of this restaurant, it has gone from very good to mediocre to very good again. Menu is large. Had the chicken fingers and fries. The fries were perfect…crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside from first to last bite. All the food coming out of the kitchen looked good. This restaurant kitchen is better than the main Marriott. Only drawback was the waitstaff not as attentive as it should be.“

“Mojito Grill has been here for over 20 years and as good today as it was back then. Great sandwiches and wraps w/ a Cuban bent …. Their black beans are a must-have every time I go. Service is quick and there is a small counter w/ seating indoors and 4 small tables outside. Best to sit outside if dining in as the (very tasty) smell inside can linger in on your clothes long after your meal is over. Very good food at good prices. Great for a fast / tasty lunch.“
