“Most of the times they make the cappuccino how it should be but sometimes they don't😭 cappuccino is supposed to have foam if not it's just coffee and milk ☕...We don't mind waiting a little bit ..but please put the foammmm always 🥹“

“Near and clean professional staff, only downer is the ever going construction on the roads that block the access to the facility. Osceola county should be paying this facility for the lost business and customers for the waste of time. You(Osceola county) guys have been building roads here for over a year now. Shame on you!!!“

“We were here on vacation with our kids and stopped in for ice cream at Baskin Robins. I normally don’t write reviews but we just had such a great experience that I had to. The guy who served us was so great and made it such a fun experience for my kids. He was so patient and helpful. The ice cream was delicious and was the perfect end to our day!“

“I went to this location yesterday November 24th, for a medium hot coffee, I usually come here and get my coffee and it’s ok but ralee took my order and made my 7 caramel 5 sugar 2 cream coffee amazing I let her know she did amazing, I love drinking coffee made with love, super lovely girl.“

“I come here all the time and have nothing but amazing experiences. the worker with the red hair always is so nice and accommodates me well. As well as the young man who works here as well. My drinks are always beautifully made and delicious and my food always hot“

“Unfortunately, I did not get her name but I hope a manager sees this. I was there March4 at 12 PM through drive-thru . The woman there with the brown hair in the bun was so nice and she made me feel like I wasn’t a burden to be in her drive-thru in overall just a sweetheart.“

Today, I went to buy a dozen donuts and forgot to mention one of my children's allergies, and the first thing he did was open the window and ask me about it. I thought it was very thoughtful of him, and I am very grateful for his attention.“

“Dante is the best! So sad he no longer works there. It definitely takes some skill to make coffee and he's the best at it. Everyone there is friendly though. Only complaint is the donuts sell out so fast and they don't get replenished until the next day“

“This is my first time writing a review so you know they had to have been doing something right! I just started classes at Valencia College and have been going to this location almost everyday for 3 weeks. I have yet to have a bad experience at this Dunkin’. For the past 2 days who I think is the manager has been at the window taking payments and he is very friendly. He’s gave me an upgrade on my drink size both days I’ve seen him with my mom. We need managers and workers like this more.“

“Dunkin donuts, wraps, and coffee are generally pretty decent for fast food style breakfast and coffee on the go. This one met expectations in terms of food quality when we went through the drive through. The 3 stars on atmosphere was for the employee that was having a bad day, or at least I hope that's not their typical day. There was a lot of telling at other employees with frequent use of coarse language that my young grandkids in the car with us did not need to hear. When you're using that language and being loud enough to be heard in the car going through the drive through, maybe you should just take a break for a few minutes.“

“This particular D&D is one of the best. I dined in (waiting for my Lyft to arrive). Very clean all around. Service was quick. Very nice welcoming by employees. Food was good. Nice and fresh. Excellent coffee. I recommend.Update: My 2nd visit was good as well but I didn't know if non service dogs were allowed inside. The dog could of been left in the patrons vehicle. Other than that it was a good visit.

Parking: This D&D is mixed with grouped together in a (Commercial Taxpayer Style) Their are 2 Handicap spots located in front of the Barbershop. This serves all 5 businesses.“

“Everyone that works here is fantastic. I order my morning coffee almost daily. Every time I walk in to pick up my order, I’m greeted by name as I’m still opening the door. I pick this location over one that is a few minutes closer due to the customer service. Y’all are fantastic!!“

“The lady who made our milkshake was beyond amazing. She took care of my wife and my daughter throughly and I appreciate that more than anything. I'm truly upset that I lost my receipt with her name on it. She was very kind and humble, I will definitely be coming back just because of her work ethic.“
