“Origin is one of the four cornerstone places to visit on Hillview in Sarasota. Origin has a few locations locally, this location is the best. The restaurant has an extensive beer selection and a simple, yet well put together wine list. No liquor. Now the food, great wings and pizza. I'm from NY, great wings and pizza. “I ordered Tori Pritan Ramen which was Shiio base chicken broth with chicken, egg.Bamboo shoot, wood ear mushroom, narutomaki, scallion, seaweed and only $17.50 if you did not get extra toppings. “Although this place is known for their pizzas, the artichoke dip was probably my favorite part of the meal. It was hot and bubbly with fresh dipping-dough, and kicked off an excellent meal. We had the ER and Farm Veggie pizzas, which were both very good. The Farm pizza was loaded so full of vegetables that it was hard to see the cheese. The meats on the pizza were crisp and salty - exactly what I like on my pizzas.Beyond food, I paired the pizzas with the "Charlie's Blood Orange Wheat" beer from Big Top Brewing Company, which is a beer unique to Origin. It was great.Parking: May be difficult to find parking here at busy times of the day. We had to drive around for a few minutes to find something in the lot.“

Would be a good unassuming/chill date night where time for conversation is desired and given. If you're wanting something quicker, they seemed to have an efficient Togo operation in place and my wife and I saw many carry out customers come and go during our hour and half visit.Update*tried to order takeout this evening and was denied service because they were "too busy". So I guess what appeared to be an efficient Togo operation was not in fact. Still a good date night spot but takeout service is hit or miss at best.“

“We recently did our first large order from Piesano’s (we’ve only done orders for our four person family until now). It was an awesome experience and the food was fantastic as always. We did the online pizza party deal for our son’s first birthday - it was an amazing deal and even though we thought we’d have a lot of leftover food, it was all gone by the end of the night! The food was ready at the pick-up time we chose, pizzas hot, and the salad and roll sides were such great accompaniments. Those rolls and their dipping sauce are to die for! We definitely plan to use Piesano’s again both for just ourselves and any other get-togethers we have.“

“Great family owned restaurant! Been coming here for years, at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and very welcoming. The food is extremely delicious and always made fresh when ordered. I would highly recommend their Supreme pizza and the Penne Al Vodka. Two of my favorite dishes. Since the Coronavirus outbreak, I have seen them take many precautions and all of their staff is always wearing masks. I know how hot it can be wearing masks, and working with a 500 degree oven must be a challenge but I am extremely impressed how they continuously wear their masks all day for the safety of their customers. Which makes me very comfortable coming in picking up Togo orders and dining in since their dine-in opened last week. Overall, great place to come in for New York style pizza and delicious Italian dishes!!“

“Talk about above and beyond the top customer service!!!! This place was hands down amazing from start to finish! They were very personable, accommodating, and quick! The kids loved watching them throw the dough, and the food was so delicious I couldn't even grab a photo we ate it up so fast!! It's a quaint little sit in and the service was 5 star for sure! You can immediately tell the ingredients were fresh and homemade. And the CHEESE! It's an amazingly gooey cheesy pizza!!! If you've seen a review from me, you know I like it cheesy. And this one is top-notch! This place was the perfect ending to a very long adventurous day! They are also family owned, and they even brew their own lager!!!! “3 Natives of Sarasota is located in the UTC Mall shopping area. I have been to couple of these locations and the food is always good. It is a healthy choice and it is prepared to order. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There are tables where you can have a quiet conversation or just use the provided Wi-Fi. Parking can be challenging but there is plenty around. I would definitely recommend.“

“My first time eating here, I Googled healthy foods in sarasota and it popped up, so today after work I drove over. I really liked the food, I had the power bowl with grass fed steak and I had the quesedia, 5 stars on both dishes. I loved all the menu options. What impressed me the most was the work ethic of the guy cooking in the kitchen, it's been a long time since I seen such great work ethic from any one individual, dude ran the whole place by himself so efficiently, I only wish I had more money to leave as a tip for him. “My other and I like to go to Olive Garden closer to where he lives in Sarasota. We decided not to cook this year for Easter and go out to eat, so we chose Olive Garden before he had to go to work overnight that night. They were, of course, busy, but we didn't have too much of a wait, maybe 20 minutes, as they took your number once greeted at the door for seating purposes. I used to remember getting our names called out, or they had the pagers that went off to let you know your table is ready back then. Nowadays, I guess everyone has a cell phone and uses your phone number to be seated now once the text went through. Anyhow, we asked to see if we could wait at the bar to at least order our drinks and was lucky to be served in a timely manner as busy as they were for Easter. Once seated when text came through, we sat a table near the bar and didn't have to move far. We got to keep the same waitress who was quick and new what she was doing. Once the order went through, the manager came out to some of the tables to explain the Meat Lasagna, which my other ordered was not ready yet and apologized for the delay and will comp our desserts for us. I ordered the Chicken Marcella Fettuccine, which was very rich and filled with lovely portions of mushrooms. Once we had our desserts ordered, we decided to take to go since we both were full, especially since we had the salad and breadsticks to start off. We always love coming to this location in Sarasota, Florida, so we will definitely be back. And they gave us our mints on the way out...those are always refreshing after dinner. I just wish our kind waitress at the bar could have gotten more help on a busy holiday weekend for a Sunday. Like she said, we all had some good entertainment that night, a dinner and a show!“

“I have loved CPK for over 25 years! First one to visit was in Metro Atlanta in the late '90s. Been to this one many times and the food is always great. Generally the servers do a great job and yesterday was no exception - Crystal was great! However, when we arrived they were far from busy. A couple of men were standing in the kitchen and clearly they saw us, but it took them several minutes for one of them to finally walk over to seat us. Party of 5 with 2 being children under the age of 4. No children's menu provided and he placed 8 menus on the table. Noticed these same guys did the same thing to everyone that entered. One couple finally walked out after the guys wouldn't leave the kitchen. These guys were clearly managers based on their clothes. Disappointed to say the least in the lack of performance of the two managers. Again, Crystal was great as our server!“
