Bella served me and had great customer service and even gave me the right amount of sauces. She has good customer service and they made my chicken right and I love me some fried chicken.?
My child and I stood at the counter for over 3 minutes with at least 5 associates not even acknowledging we were there, even though we had other customers come in behind us. The food was fine as usual. But they don't have a playground and they don't have those cool after dinner mints. They Chick-fil-A on Malabar is way better. Not as friendly as the Texas Chick-fil-As I'm used to.. confusion when it comes to the lines and I wasn't sure if I was suppose to pull up or not there was nobody at the window and the ground was painted red and the sign said I pull up.Fries weren't hot. Didn't offer to up size my drink on my second meal and I forgot to say it like I did in the first.Without a repeated order and a big screen to look at i didn't know I was getting a small drink. Disappointed ?
