“I had a fantastic experience last night! The service is top tier--Marco and the rest of the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had the best beef carpaccio ever--try it, they put a unique spin on the traditional dish--followed by the baby artichoke hearts and accompanied by an amazing Swiss Pinot Noir from Lucas Madonia. One of the best dinners I've had in a while and I'm frequently out. Highly recommend this quirky and cool restaurant!”

“Old Days has been a consistently good spot, but I’ve noticed a slight decline in food quality over my last few visits. The first two times I went, everything was excellent easily a five-star experience. However, the last two visits felt a bit different, and I suspect they may have a new chef. The drinks are still phenomenal, which is a major plus, but the food has changed slightly.

For example, the beef short rib was still very good, but I preferred the previous version with the rich gravy rather than the jus it now comes with. The latte was solid, no complaints there. Overall, I’d rate it a strong four across the board. I’ll definitely be back, but I do hope they bring back some of the flavors that originally made this place stand out.”

He was also patience and properly groomed, those are rare qualities in today's society. This made my dining experience exceptional, and I have always enjoyed stopping at Denny's when traveling. “I mean, what can I say about a pizza place inside a gas station. Pizza is awesome, and so are their milkshakes. Yum Yum Yum. It is always busy, so my one recommendation would be to order ahead. But it doesn't matter if you don't. The girls hustling behind the counter are moving fast and are full of charm and great energy.

“I am chef. I have my culinary degree, I am very lucky when it comes to food and who is cooking. I was skeptical about this place however that quickly change once me and my husband started to eat here. The food is cooked to order and to perfection. I like how they don't season giving you the chance to season your own food. It is a small but big store not only a convent store but fresh food and smoke shop all in one. The workers that I have had interactions with are very professional they customer service is right where it should be. Don't get me wrong I know you get those few that you just wanna snap on. So for a fresh bite to eat breakfast lunch dinner subs salads and more stop by.”

“We visited Yasu Tanaka place to try their Japanese ice cream, and it was so good!!

The matcha ice cream paired with sweet purple potato paste was absolutely incredible. It was a unique combination that worked so well together.

The presentation was elegant, and the flavors felt authentic and thoughtfully crafted. It’s very interesting to watch the ice cream being made right in front of you. The preparation is a little performance in itself, adding to the overall experience.”

“We ate at the chefs counter and had the “off the menu” omakase which included an appetizer, a selection of nigiri, miso soup and a dessert. There’s no official sake pairing but the chef does give a recommendation. We love omakase and have it regularly. Chef Tomo is a delight and truly passionate about his menu. The nigiri was very fresh and was not served “plain”, but was topped with various ingredients or flame broiled. This gave some new flavors we had not been exposed to, some may say this is less traditional. However, it was delicious. The appetizer was so good, topped with uni, need I say more. The food and chef counter vibe were 5 stars no doubt. The front of house leaves a lot to be desired. They were on their phones most of the time, had no clue what sake was on the menu or what to recommend, unable to name the fish, weren’t working in a way that seems “high end” or with superior service, in fact they don’t seem to care about this job or restaurant at all which is sad since they are essentially the face of the place. There’s so much potential here.”

“An excellent lunch this week at Torno Subito. A lovely rooftop location in the city center (on top of Julia & Henry's) makes for a lovely setting. The food is excellent quality with four courses, perfectly judged in size and flavour: an amuse bouche packed full of flavour, delicious "modern" salad, tagliatelle carbonara a selection of sorbets to finish. The servers were also informative and attentive without being intrusive. Hghly recommend a visit.”

“I visited on a quiet Monday morning when the cafe was empty except for myself and two baristas. I ordered a matcha latte with vanilla and a croissant. I’ll start by saying the matcha was definitely high quality and clearly prepped with care (was not clumpy whatsoever). However, I had asked for vanilla to be added and could barely taste it in the drink. It also took nearly 15 minutes to receive the croissant, which I found odd considering I was served my drink first, and if you are an avid matcha drinker, you know that takes a decent amount of time to make.

During the wait, the two baristas were conversing with each other (quite loud I might add) including some complaints about the company and wages, which felt unprofessional with customers in the lobby. That said, both the matcha and the croissant tasted great—I just think the overall experience could have been more attentive.”

They have a smaller bakery towards the middle and a big one on the other side. The amount of items is sure to please all. Is normally very crowded around lunch time so don't forget to grab a number to be served. Bakery prices are also in line with Latin bakeries. The cortadito coffee isnone of the best I have tried in many years of living in South Florida.”

The prices are also very affordable compared to similar cuban food restaurants. Food was good, we ordered the typical cuban food although there are many options for those who prefer other food. They have a smaller bakery towards the middle and a big one on the other side. The amount of items is sure to please all. Is normally very crowded around lunch time so don't forget to grab a number to be served. Bakery prices are also in line with Latin bakeries. The cortadito coffee isnone of the best I have tried in many years of living in South Florida.”

He was also patience and properly groomed, those are rare qualities in today's society. This made my dining experience exceptional, and I have always enjoyed stopping at Denny's when traveling.
