“I had a fantastic experience last night! The service is top tier--Marco and the rest of the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had the best beef carpaccio ever--try it, they put a unique spin on the traditional dish--followed by the baby artichoke hearts and accompanied by an amazing Swiss Pinot Noir from Lucas Madonia. One of the best dinners I've had in a while and I'm frequently out. Highly recommend this quirky and cool restaurant!”

The service was warm and efficient, and the vibe is energetic without feeling rushed. My only complaint? I wish they would open a location in Palm Beach so it is closer to home. “I don’t normally write reviews but left Aoko last night pleasantly surprised. I usually stick to my go to sushi spots but tried something new and thank goodness I did. This low key but still extremely elevated spot is a great spot for date night. Come dressed up or come as you are (I was in athleisure), the vibe lends itself to whatever you’re in the mood for!

The food was phenomenal and couldn’t believe they had cold soba noodles (Cha Soba Salad) on the menu… Miami has finally leveled up lol! I have to go to NY typically to get my fix of delicious cold soba noodles!

Now the service was also incredible-they allowed us to try a few sake options before we decided which was very generous. Servers are extremely kind and add to the vibe 100%. We showed up with no reservations and they kindly let us sit down. There are only few tables so a resi is recommended or come early.

Everything about this experience was 10/10 and this may be my new go to Friday spot! Miami, let’s keep these folks booked and busy because this is a gooood one. Need more authentic spots like this.

Oh and the matcha crème brûlée is also a must!!!!! Love it there. Thx goodness I live so close.

“Friendly, comfortable and cozy this is another Blue Collar gem. I came for the happy hour 5-6:30 and had three items and a amber ale draft. Now that that’s done; I’m coming back for the regular menu. Clams casino, oysters on the half shell and seared scallops were absolutely the bomb! Try it!”

“Old Days has been a consistently good spot, but I’ve noticed a slight decline in food quality over my last few visits. The first two times I went, everything was excellent easily a five-star experience. However, the last two visits felt a bit different, and I suspect they may have a new chef. The drinks are still phenomenal, which is a major plus, but the food has changed slightly.

For example, the beef short rib was still very good, but I preferred the previous version with the rich gravy rather than the jus it now comes with. The latte was solid, no complaints there. Overall, I’d rate it a strong four across the board. I’ll definitely be back, but I do hope they bring back some of the flavors that originally made this place stand out.”

I had the Mixed Veggies, which is a kind of stew made with meat bones. My husband had the fried chicken. Both come with plantains and rice. The matcha ice cream paired with sweet purple potato paste was absolutely incredible. It was a unique combination that worked so well together.

The presentation was elegant, and the flavors felt authentic and thoughtfully crafted. It’s very interesting to watch the ice cream being made right in front of you. The preparation is a little performance in itself, adding to the overall experience.”

“An excellent lunch this week at Torno Subito. A lovely rooftop location in the city center (on top of Julia & Henry's) makes for a lovely setting. The food is excellent quality with four courses, perfectly judged in size and flavour: an amuse bouche packed full of flavour, delicious "modern" salad, tagliatelle carbonara a selection of sorbets to finish. The servers were also informative and attentive without being intrusive. Hghly recommend a visit.”

We both ordered the empanada sampler (I think that's what is was called - 5 mini empanadas) and one regular (chicken for me, cheese for her).

“I visited on a quiet Monday morning when the cafe was empty except for myself and two baristas. I ordered a matcha latte with vanilla and a croissant. I’ll start by saying the matcha was definitely high quality and clearly prepped with care (was not clumpy whatsoever). However, I had asked for vanilla to be added and could barely taste it in the drink. It also took nearly 15 minutes to receive the croissant, which I found odd considering I was served my drink first, and if you are an avid matcha drinker, you know that takes a decent amount of time to make.

During the wait, the two baristas were conversing with each other (quite loud I might add) including some complaints about the company and wages, which felt unprofessional with customers in the lobby. That said, both the matcha and the croissant tasted great—I just think the overall experience could have been more attentive.”

The prices are also very affordable compared to similar cuban food restaurants. Food was good, we ordered the typical cuban food although there are many options for those who prefer other food. They have a smaller bakery towards the middle and a big one on the other side. The amount of items is sure to please all. Is normally very crowded around lunch time so don't forget to grab a number to be served. Bakery prices are also in line with Latin bakeries. The cortadito coffee isnone of the best I have tried in many years of living in South Florida.”

The prices are also very affordable compared to similar cuban food restaurants. Food was good, we ordered the typical cuban food although there are many options for those who prefer other food. They have a smaller bakery towards the middle and a big one on the other side. The amount of items is sure to please all. Is normally very crowded around lunch time so don't forget to grab a number to be served. Bakery prices are also in line with Latin bakeries. The cortadito coffee isnone of the best I have tried in many years of living in South Florida.”

“Stunning restaurant in Brickell Restaurant. My husband and I love good food and the sexy fish did not disappoint. A little too crowded for my liking but that’s just a preference thing. “Stopped in for a light breakfast and some coffee on June 17, 2025. Had a great server by the name of Richie S. He was prompt, polite and professional. The three p's that denotes a great employee. He was also patience and properly groomed, those are rare qualities in today's society. This made my dining experience exceptional, and I have always enjoyed stopping at Denny's when traveling.
