Tartine & Tartelette in Naples is a hidden gem with incredible food and a wonderful atmosphere. The owners have created an intimate European vibe that feels like dining in their home. The Magret de canard and Cassolette de porc come highly recommended, as well as the escargot. The friendly service and attention to detail make this one of Naples' finest dining experiences.
The food here is so good, from the bread to the escargot to the main course everything is fabulous. The escargot is the best, and the snapper, when available, is perfectly prepared, practically melting in your mouth. The three of us had a very nice time with fantastic service and very authentically prepared French food: Escargot, Veal Sweetbreads, Rack of Lamb and Poulet a la Normande. And for dessert Apple Tarte Tatin! The food is described as country French with a deliciously twist, and the portions are generous. Absolutely divine, with a comforting and classy ambience. The owner makes sure guests have a full understanding of the dishes and ensures they are as tasty as they sound. This place is truly an amazing place to eat at.
