“Anytime I go anywhere I have to try BBQ. Visiting my Parents in Jacksonville and this place was highly recommend. Pulled pork and smoked wings were excellent. The coleslaw tasted like KFC's (that's not a bad thing). The brisket sandwich and chili were really good. I would recommend.“

“I’ve come to Carmine’s on several occasions while visiting Jacksonville. Every time I’ve ordered something different from the menu and each time it’s phenomenal. The Chicago style pizza is amazing and so is the nyc style crust. Literally cannot go wrong with anything here. And the service is excellent. Everyone is personable and friendly. Observing them interact with customers, it’s clear many patrons are regulars and on a first name basis with the staff.“

“The lady behind the counter was very very nice. We went early in the afternoon on a Thursday. There was no one else there. We bought chocolates for the kids, which they said was the best chocolate they had ever had. For the adults we ordered a variety of macarons. My favorites were Rose, Pistachio, Violet Cassis and Lemon cream. Those had the most intense flavors to me. The lavender was good but very delicate. I would eat it with a very mild flavored drink. My partner had a sample of the gelato which he talked about for days. We have not yet made it back over for his gelato but I am sure we will be back.“
“These pita sandwiches are the best! First time at this location- ordered from Mandarin dozens of times, always delicious, but today i knew i'd be on baymeadows so I gave this location a shot. Super easy to order online ahead of time. Love how customizable every sandwich is. Plenty of parking, easy lot to get in and out of. Staff was friendly and my veggie pita is so great! Packed with lots of fresh tasty veggies & customized with adding provolone cheese. Hubby also loved his chicken salad pita. Reasonable price for the portion. So yummy, I could eat another pita tomorrow!“

“Would love to see them offer a Shrimp Pizza...a place in Melbourne does and its delicious. I think they called it Scampi Pizza. Unbelievably good.The last time I was in I ordered two slices of Hawaiian pizza. I was surprised to see bits of pineapple and not chunks of sliced pineapple. The bits did not have a sweet pineapple flavor and the ham appeared to be typical Tavern ham bits and just doesn't work well for added flavor. Canadian Bacon and Sliced pineapple packed in syrup gives the best flavors for Hawaiian pizza.Parking: No problems“
“Really great casual lunch spot. They have a variety of options on the menu that are vegetarian, pescatarian, and vegan friendly, and they allow you to customize your order. The food came out hot and fresh, and was very filling. I customized the Blackened shrimp burrito and I could taste the quality ingredients they used and how exceptionally flavorful it was. The interior is very clean as were the bathrooms. It gets very busy- they open at 11 and the noon lunch crowd gathered quickly. There is 2 hour street parking directly across the restaurant.“

“Went with a group for a birthday lunch. Overall good experience for a party of 8. Couple things were a little off like avocado toast having a whole avocado just dumped on top with nothing else. I guess it could have gone the other way, barely any avocado, but this was just ugly. The fruit cup sides were sad. It was a couple grapes, a few blueberries, and pieces of translucent honey dew melon. Don't nobody want that. Everyone, including myself, seemed pleased with everything else though. First Watch is still one of my fav brunch spots.“
“I ordered the hot chicken and pepperoni thin crust via Uber. The pizza looked and tasted fine. It was nothing to get excited about, but was above average. I would put this place ahead of most of the pizza chain places (excluding Fivestar). The thin crust was dense. I prefer light and airy. There was too much ranch on the hot chicken pizza for my taste. In addition, the chicken was obviously frozen. These were the only things I would change about my experience.“
“We went to pick up our wedding cake sampler on Saturday. Turns out, the order was placed for the other Jacksonville 4 Rivers Smokehouse location. Melissa and Megan were quick to assist us with understanding and care. They quickly made us a cake sampler and gave us free drinks while we waited. Great experience! :)“
