“There are lots of reasons to visit the Ormond Garage. If you're into Motorsports, they have a replica of the Stanley Steamer and many other racing related artifacts. Do your homework before you go. Surf up the Ormond Garage.Do you enjoy a good beer from a local, truly micro brewery, lots of choices, not overloaded with IPA.The food was excellent. My wife had a burger, which disappeared quickly. I had the fish and chips. The batter remained crispy to the last bite, and the Brake dust added a nice touch of flavor.“
“Last night in Ormond Beavh and we saw this place always busy. We got there and had our names in for 45 min to get a table. Cesar salad, filet, orange cake all very good, service great, highly recommend. We're from Nebraska so we know good steak. We were happy and had full stomach's“
“This location is the mother of all Houligans in the area. It's very large with high ceilings and a very large wrap around outdoor porch. The food was just as good as always. We recommend the Wally Wings, French Dip sandwich, chicken sandwich, and regular or seasoned fries. Yum.Parking: Huge parking lot!!“
“Crowded. Eaited a long time to get our food. Our waitress left us to wait on a bigger group. Another waitress got our food, drink refills, etc. When I asked, the cashier said our tip HAD to go to the waitress who took our order. So the person who did the least for us got our 18% tip. I only hope the waitresses pool their gratituties.“
“Our server (Samantha) was amazing. She had great recommendations on what to order or to drink. She was so funny and kind. Even when they didn't have something cause came later in the night she always made sure to apologize.Their Shirley temples were amazing and the homemade ranch sauce was great. We got our food fast for a reasonable price. Safe to say this is a place I would go back to.Vegetarian options: Had many options for a vegetarian.“
“We went for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I had the crab cake meal with smashed potatoes and asparagus. My husband had the mahi mahi with macaroni and cheese and hush puppies. My daughter had the grilled shrimp with smashed potatoes and macaroni. All of it was very fresh, seasoned, and delicious. The decor is so cool and unique, and the waiter was so kind and patient. My daughter asked if we can go back tomorrow. Definitely seems like a hidden gem.“
“Heard about this place from locals who recommend it. Went in one night and ordered a bunch of different small and large plates. It was so good we came back a second night with more people. The hostess remembered us and gave excellent service the entire time. The waiter was awesome and sent out the chef to check on us. Such an amazing place!“
“Tomahawk steak was excellent, great people and very good service prices were reasonable I would come back for sureParking: Parking is around the corner from the restaurant the spots are labeled for the pier houseWheelchair accessibility: Very easy to come in all one level from outside to inside“
“This is a little hole in the wall that you may not even notice from the street it looks like a house almost. My wife and I went there for lunch and it was quite delicioso, I got classic pulled pork & black beans that were better than I've had anywhere else. The pupusas were also quite good and larger than I've had at other places. And the enchiladas were made with homemade thicker tortillas so that's a nice touch. The enchiladas just came by themselves (4) with no rice and beans. It was a little difficult to order because of the language barrier so that's my only caveat if you don't speak Spanish.“
“We were shopping nearby and decided to try this place and we were pleasantly surprised because you know breakfast is breakfast. Well this is way better than all the breakfast places in the area. Best scrambled eggs, sausage link, biscuits and gravy, soup. You know when it's homemade food when you taste that food. One heck of a good breakfast!“
“The room decore is outstanding! A great experience in Daytona beach. The restaurant food & service was outstanding. Our room was extreamly clean and the front desk staff friendly and informative, much more than expected! I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone visiting Daytona. The hotel is located across from the Daytona speedway.“
“Came here with party of 11 for lunch on Friday. Food tasted very good, some of our top picks are hibachi plates, dumplings, fried chicken wings, sushi rolls, cocktail shrimps and mussels, fried plantains, and good variety of ice cream choices. We’re from New York so we’re spoiled with very good food selections. Comparing to buffets in New York this place obviously doesn’t have as much food selections. But for the price and given what’s available around here, I would definitely return when I’m back in the area.Parking: Buffet is inside a plaza, plenty of easy parking.Kid-friendliness: Very kids friendly, have foam cups for kids and plastic utensils.“
“The staff is very friendly and they have very well kept pickleball courts. They have covered outdoor courts and non-covered courts. Overall it is my favorite place to play pickleball in the orlando area. I love that you can come and bring your paddles and play with random people without needing 4 people to play. Monday nights they have beginner level play so if you've never played before I would definitely recommend going then. It is definitely a bit pricey, but they have a great community and some amazing courts as well as some higher level players.“
“The food was fantastic. However the servers at the bar never even looked at us when we sat at the bar. Didn't even make eye contact and say 'I'll be right with you". The hostess was a bit overwhelmed because our table was not ready because people were staying too long, but she was really sweet and totally made up for it in personality! Overall we really liked it. The electronic violin was a little cheesy. I think some cool jazz or something in the back ground would be more appropriate.“
“We enjoyed dinner on the porch last Friday (late March). It was a lovely evening to soak up the Ormond Beach atmosphere. The setting is tropical old Florida and has a lot of character. Our servers and host were professional and friendly and handled our group with ease and flexibility. My meal was tasty and the eats the other folks ordered looked stunning. It’s a pretty fancy menu but that’s what they’re going for - and nailed it. A broader selection of local craft beer would enhance my personal experience slightly. As a community we need to support businesses like these that really add to the quality of life as well as create a positive economic impact of our little beach town. Thanks 63S, we had a great Friday night out on the town!“
