“Very, very busy when we were there mid March 2022 so I'll certainly cut them some slack for (kind of) slow service. Our server really hustled and when the food arrived it was really good. If you like a good sized burger, this is the place! Fries were fantastic, too. One small complaint; Cool Pickle is a place where they sometimes have (continuous) karaoke, which I can personally do without. Kinda loud and difficult to have a conversation with the other diners we were with. Some of the performers couldn't carry a note if they had a 5 gallon pail, but some were quite good. However, very good for the most part and I will be returning again.”

“We had such a stressful morning with all of our doctor appointments and stopped here for breakfast and our waitress Yanni was absolutely fantastic and completely relaxed us and gave us a beautiful, beautiful breakfast on the gulf and it was a gorgeous gorgeous day. “Adriella is so sweet, informative, kind, funny and a great employee all around. She explained the different options, products and helped in every way. The ice cream, cotton candy and snow cones were great. We visited both days of our vacation in May. Very cute and clean place!! Highly recommended!! We returned to Florida a month later and visited this place 4 of our 5 days in town! There’s so much offered here! Waffle cones, waffle bowls, homemade snow cones, sundaes, cheesecake, shakes, cotton candy, banana splits, floats…. I’ve never seen a “snack” shop offer so much!! Cute atmosphere, great prices, amazing service!!!”

“Happened on this cafe and so pleased we did. The cafe has adjoining rooms - one mostly with booths & a long counter and the other with tables & chairs. So clean and pleasant. The waitress went above and beyond with our menu choices. We were there about 2:30 and this is near their 3:00 closing, but we did not feel rushed. The waitress explained that they had been very busy earlier in the day, so there were a few items that they were out of, but suggested great substitutions. I really liked their breakfast and lunch choices.”

“Cool old school nautical bar, restaurant. My resident hosts said best on island. Away I went for Sunday brunch,lunch.

My hosts said try the fish. Catch of the day. Etc etc. I ordered triple tail platter. I'm from Boston so I have no idea what a triple tail is. I asked for grilled fillet. Small thin serving. Reminded me of TV ad...." where's the beef." Good yet could have eaten 2x.

Platter came with fries and small serving of coleslaw. Coleslaw was good, IMHO.

good local beer, attentive service, ( I sat at the bar). One dollar bills on the ceiling. ( I did not ask). Very good vibe. Why is fish so expensive on an island. I would return to investigate alt. Items on menu.”

“My wife & I ate just days ago & was the worst experience in years, cod was Extremely heavily breaded, the mashed potatoes were actually barely cooked baked potatoes with the top mashed a little with a fork? The fries my wife got were undercooked and cool. I am afraid to complain too much as the cook has ways for revenge when he “fixes” the food & returns it. The waitress was fine. Never Again……..Never!”

“From Tampa drove down and picked my mother up in Osprey then heading down to one of her favorite restaurants to enjoy once again following their reopening a week earlier. All dining is presently outside and this was an absolutely perfect day to have visited. It was very crowded at 5 PM but everything from beginning to end moved smoothly and very enjoyable and tasty. Loving the valet service, Mr. David was a gentleman and most helpful. We put our name in for a table suggested a 30 min wait we were seated in about 15 happy to receive that cell call that are time was up! Outside seating is arranged very comfortably, (plenty of shade covering, also fans when needed) and our meal superb! I personally always enjoy the side item of 2 pumpkin bread slices they have over reg side of fries or slaw which is unique. A special thank you to Ms Sydney who had such a sweet smile lively personality, and was both professional and attentive throughout. Also want to add restroom services are inside and very impressed with the lovely updates, if there’s such a thing to say, one of the nicest restaurant bathrooms I have ever been in lol. To all of you continue doing a fantastic job and good luck to as you continue moving the restaurant forward following the hurricane. (Valet services, to the general Public, a bit of advice please, yes many times restaurants say free valet, but please please consider handing something when picking up your keys as this location in particular is truly doing you a service with worry free parking and getting you right into the door).”
