Our waiter Brock was AMAZING, it was our first time there and was a bit overwhelmed with all of the food options so he stepped in and made great recommendations!I'm not the biggest fan of frozen margaritas but the Passion fruit one was reallyyyyy good, even my bf wanted more lol.We loved the food and service so much that we came back a week later. We had the pleasure of being served by Ernest. What a great friendly guy! ?He was kind enough to bring water and assorted sauces and sides to our table without us having to ask. He Even brought water out for our puppy ? Maximus! And when one of our orders needed to be changed- he quickly took care of us! We never had to leave the table. “We had an excellent time at Chili's yesterday at the Cypress Creek location. Richard was our server - and he had served us in the past a while back. We had the 3 for Me Menu - which is a great deal - and the Crispy Chicken Sandwiches we ordered were absolutely fresh, delicious and piping hot. Richard is one of the most professional servers - he always makes us feel welcome, with a smile, knows the menu inside and out and is always on top of the table. We wish there were more servers like Richard - he takes his job seriously, truly cares and has such positive energy. So this experience was a 10 out of 10 with a great meal and fantastic server - we hope that Chili's can recognize Richard for outstanding customer service - he truly is an asset to your organization. “The young lady at the register clearly did not understand English. 5 orders in a row were wrong . Cilantro sauce watered-down.....fish overcooked. One of my fish tacos came with the wrong shell a huge piece of avacado. The avocado was so big that the other ingredients disappeared. Used to be a destination for us.“

“I highly recommend the bae-watch tacos! It's 2 tacos per plate--the tacos are a really good size, and they're stuffed with ingredients, so it's worth it. And it comes with chips! Love the setup of this place and the amount of outdoor seating. I'm excited to try more things on the menu! My friend ordered the tostada, and it looked so good! I'm definitely trying that next time.“
“We always do take out from here lunch or dinner , both are always quick amazing and delicious. Staff is always different but very well trained and nice. Servers are always on the move and smiling. Their food is very fresh, tastes great, very convenient because you can also dine in and outside, and bough space to seat and lots of free parking right in their lot. There’s never any homes less hanging out in the front even tho this area could sometimes be a little strange but very pleasant and they always have good clients.“

“This is like my 5th time coming here. I usually get the same thing which is a quesadilla. But I switched it up and tried the beef chimichanga. Wow so good the crispy tortilla and meat. If you're super hungry make it a mega. Just make it a meal you’ll get a small side of beans and rice and a drink of your choice.“
“So this Chili's was in Pompano buy I am gonna tell you their service is ? awesome. I was hesitant at first because my spouse and I went to the dmv next door and we were really hungry. Saw it on the way and decided why not. We were met by a very kind smiling server. Who ensured that she gave us recommendations and was very polite and attentive. We placed our order and I swear the food was ready in no time. I don't know if you watch Adam Sandler's movie, Mr. Deeds, you see how his butler was attentive and was there when he needed him. This was her. ?The food was also well prepared, hot and nice. We had a great experience.“
