Not a big noodle person and I’ve always swapped out for double rice. Well I was just told it’s a $4.50 up charge for this and basically I would still get the noodles and have to pay and additional $4.50 for a side of rice. 😏”

My grandma actually indicated that she thinks the steak that she ordered SMELLED!!. Mine was supposed to be the chimichuri entree and i dont even know what i received? When my husband returned to the restaurant, the manager was rude and acted as if the situation did no warrant a full refund and indicated "it's only food"!!! As a local business owner, I do everything I can to solve issues so it does not come down to leaving a negative review as I know how negativity impactful it can be to a company. However, we spent $150 on dinner, received completely inexcusable food, and was pretty much told it's not a big deal".”

“We go often and mostly the food is amazing but it depends on who makes it. Spider roll was great I tried a piece of someone else's so I ordered one but it was made completely different and not good. Service can be hit or miss. Once with a party of 6 our waitress came 3 times in 2 hours (which is the time limit). I have to say that Janelle is the best server there. Friendly, prompt and will explain options that no one else has ever mentioned. Definitely recommend you try it.”

Our bill while some would have sticker shock I feel it was reasonable for the amount of food. ( bill total was 192 dollars) thanks captain crab we will be back.”

Was sad when the menu got limited because if "supply chain issues" because they made the best chicken Philly in PC. Still, the steak Philly is incredible and I have yet to eat anything off the menu I wouldn't have again. The bartenders are great, the regulars keep it fun.”

“This sandwich shop may not have a signature appearance or even a giant sign, but they have the best ham sandwich I've had in my life.
It's a shame there were no customers in the middle of the day. With the food being fantastic there should be a line out the door.”

“We went to McAllister’s Deli for dinner and a guy was complaining about his food. The General Manager was at his table being very nice but nothing he said was good enough for this guy. A woman sitting at another table told him to take his stuff and leave if he’s that unhappy. He said I’m not talking to you, why don’t you mind your own business. She said why don’t you shut up. Then another guy walking out says you need to get your things and get out of here! I started applauding and others joined in. It was a great show of support for the manager and employees. The complainer then became the victim and told the manager “you don’t know what I’ve been through” and the poor manager was still nice as could be. I found out the guy had gotten his sandwich for free because he used rewards points from the app and he brought it back up three different times before complaining to the GM. After all of that, he ate his entire sandwich and left. My husband and I had different sandwiches and they were awesome! The service was great too! I definitely recommend the good and the service at this location. We’ve been a few times and everything has been great every single time.”

“First time visiting this particular South Florida Hooters location since April. I'm in the hospitality industry myself for many years and greatly enjoy the opportunity to spend a valued weekend day off to enjoy college or NFL football. It's been a rough go of it this path month. Among millions of other Floridians I was impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. My job was affected on the barrier islands near St Pete and I was out of work for most of October.

I had the very best experience today at the Port Charlotte Hooters. I'm also an employee at Raymond James Stadium. I used to work there during the South Florida Bulls football games. I was very pleased that Hooters already had the game on against Navy near my booth where I was sitting.

I've got to be honest I had one of the very best Hooters girls I've had in a long time. Destinee was absolutely incredible. She waits on table with such joyful energy. Her interactions with other tables including my own appeared genuine and thoughtful.

I do recall meeting her at a Calender signing pre-Covid at the Hooters of Westin. She remembered as well. I'm so excited to see her back and employed at this location because it's considerably closer to where I live. It's important to me to have consistent high quality service. With the level of inflation and the cost of things you want the best for what you pay for. When I return to this location I'm definitely going to request to sit with her. She's the type of server with a considerable amount of regulars. She's a tremendous brand ambassador and I hope has the opportunity next year to represent South Florida Hooters at the International Pageant and Calendar. Being a life long patron of Hooters I recognize a quality employee and experience.
