“Dined at Fish Camp tonight with my sister. Don't let the modern facility deter you from dining. At 4pm we had a short wait but def worth it. I had combo plate with clams and shrimp. The collards are fresh and seasoned well. The coleslaw was creamy cold just perfect. My sister had shrimp and grits. Almost as good as what we got in New Orleans. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Our appetizer was the fried green tomatoes with goat cheese. I'll go back just for that. Thanks Fish Camp you're on our list. See you this fall !!“
“We frequent St. Augustine for an evening out about once a month from Mandarin (Jacksonville). We had the grilled mahi with grit cakes and grilled chicken spring risotto for dinner tonight. Fantastic food (kudos to the chef) and great attentive service. I also enjoyed 2 of their Manhattans which were as good as the ones that I had in New York!! Highly recommend this restaurant!!!!!“
“This place has a great ambiance, with live music and good service. They were very busy though, so the food took a long time to come out and my soup was not hot. Other than that, everything tasted yummy and everyone enjoyed their meals. I will definitely come back.“
“Amazing. I'm Cuban. From Miami. Yes. Authentic and just what I needed. Skip the touristy and pricey Columbia and come this this place. Worth the extra few minutes of a drive. We need this place in Pensacola. Please come and open another restaurant there.“
“Best Chicago beef I've had outside of Chicago. The owner was super friendly and was very quick service. The location was very nice right on the water with live music playing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. My wife got a Chicago dog and fries both were also very good.“
“Stopped here on a rainy afternoon and Funkadelic Food Truck delivered a flavor explosion in every dish, despite the stormy conditions. Our family could not have been more impressed with the quality of the food, and the kindness of the staff. We were the last order before they closed, and the OG Burgers, OG Shrimp Sliders, and Goods Bowl with Shrimp were hot, fresh, and amazingly delicious. Thank you for accommodating us and creating a truly memorable meal!“
“Update: yay we got in!! Best grilled cheese ❤I just want a grilled cheese, why is a mean man telling me it costs 10 dollars to walk in the door? I understand supporting local bands, but if I'm not there for the band and I'm gonna get a sandwich and sit outside, why should I have to pay to get inside?“
“Fantastic little coffee shop near the beach. Plenty of outdoor space, pet friendly, etc.Parking: There's a free lot for customers. There's plenty of space as long as it's only customers. But it's the beach, so lots of people trying to take advantage.Kid-friendliness: Pet friendly, sure. Kids don't need or appreciate coffee. Neither do people who need coffee appreciate children. Leave them home, bring your dog.“
“So I told my family, this place it's small but had really good reviews, let's all try it for my birthday dinner. Let me tell you this, this place did not disappoint. Everyone's meals were so delicious and I mean seriously DELICIOUS!! The service was phenomenal, we had the Penne Bolognese (OMG its what my son and I had and everyone wanted to eat it, omg i want to get it again) and some others had Spaghetti with meatballs (which were gigantic btw but super delicious, i had bite of my wifes lol) and Chicken Parm was super juicy chicken. Then for my birthday they sung and brought this phenomenal lemon cake dessert and OMG everyone was trying to eat my birthday cake slice!! Recommending this place would be an understatement! This is a MUST GO EAT THERE place if you are downtown St. Augustine!!!!“
“My wife and I stopped in this place to get some coffee ice cream. I got coffee crunch, which had big chunks of chocolate in it and some crunchy stuff. I don't know what it was but it was delicious. I had it in the sugar cone. My wife got dark chocolate raspberry ice creamwhich she said was terrific, not my taste, but she loved it. Young lady behind the counter was terrific. She was nice. She was smiling she gave us taste of the ice cream, easy five star.“
“In the quaint town of St. Augustine, FL, you can find this cocktail bar near the beach. The ambiance inside can be described as vintage elegance, with cozy additional seating outside. But what truly stole my heart was the bird cage out front, a great spot that practically begs for a photo op! The drinks were nothing short of spectacular. Each cocktail was crafted with meticulous care and precision, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and creativity. From classics to innovative concoctions, every sip was a delight. While we didn't indulge in the food offerings this time around, I have no doubt that they're equally impressive. However, the drinks alone are reason enough to pay this place a visit.“
“My mother, sister and I were ravenous and needed good sandwiches that would fill us up. We also needed a place with outdoor seating because we had the dog with us. We chose Cheba Hut and we're not disappointed! The outdoor seating was perfect and an employee even filled up a doggy bowl with water for our pup. The sandwiches were incredible and hearty (probably a top 3 sub - and I'm a tough critic). If you want a good sandwich and you're hungry, come here!“
“This was our first time here. Awesome tacos, and good service. Place is very small and has very limited picnic table eating outside. Sad to say but the outside could use a good pressure wash cleaning. Tables had mold and the floor was filthy black. With such great food being served, you would think the outside patio would be clean.“
“Excellent beer and a great idea to partner with the taco place next door. We heard about both of these places from strangers in a bar and they were right; yummy! They have a great selection of craft beer, plenty of seating inside and out, and fast and friendly service. The gravel parking lot was a bit tough on our motorcycle but we managed. We shared a beer inside and got growlers to-go back to our hotel. I definitely recommend stopping here for a good craft beer.“
“This place is a must for anyone visiting St. Augustine. It has great curb appeal and the inside does not disappoint. It’s a very bright and relaxed space. The food is cooked like they enjoy their craft and the taste is always great. They sell local art which livens up the space even more. Would give extra stars if I could. French press coffee for the win!“
“I'm not a food critic. But I have the ability to enjoy good food because of my taste buds. The food is fresh and tasty, we ate Sufer Sarah, one with potato's fries and the other with hash browns. Jackie was the waitress with a smile on her face, and in her soul, the service was lovely. In fact, all the staff were very nice. In the previous reviews, parking was a big problem, but it's worth the wait and having a good atmosphere and time. Pet friendly. Congratulations Beach Diner at A1A St.Augustine, FLCNA“
“This is my favorite restaurant. The food is great. The people are amazing. The owner is the nicest guy ever. They really go above ahead beyond. Very vegan and vegetarian friendly.Thank you so very much. Try their cinnamon coffee, it's amazing.“
“We were visiting from south Florida this past week and decided to come give it try ,an Omg soooo good. Was amazing. Great service, nice clean establishment, the Sundae was to die for ,I literally inhaled it in minutes.!!! Can't wait to come “
“We’re vegan and we were looking for a quick stop for lunch passing through St. Augustine. This place was amazing! Really cute vibes inside with tropical art on the walls, plants, and comfy seating. The staff were all super friendly, the music was the perfect volume with a good mix of genres, and it was quick and easy to order with lots of customizable options, especially with my gluten intolerance.Delicious food!!!! The vegan queso and nooch sauces were BOMB. So many vegan, GF options and unique drinks (yerba, kombucha, CBD lemonade, smoothies, etc.). Overall had a great time! It was perfect stop and I wish we had one up in PA - I’d be there all the time. lol ✌?Vegetarian options: SO MANY options! You could probably make most things vegan, and pretty much everything vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Vegan & vegetarian options, gluten free options, clearly-marked menu, customizableParking: Decent-sized parking lot in the back of the building with a back entrance and a pick-up window right inside, or a hallway to walk to the front to order.Kid-friendliness: Lots of seating with family-friendly music and food options for everyone.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy parking in the back with floor-level entrances in the front and back. No stairs.“
“Easily the best Taco's and Burritos I have had anywhere in Florida. This gem has won awards year after year, been on cooking shows it really is a MUST TRY. I now understand why they always have a line up. Trust me, it is worth the wait ! Highly recommend the UFO Burrito ?Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options for those interested.“
“Did flight with 5 of their beers and liked all of them ! The sour Lions Head honey was my hubbie’s favorite, my favorite toss up between Rhapsody in Red and Orange Blossom Honey Ale. Alas no cans were available to purchase and we are traveling so didn’t want to pay for another growler we can’t refill. Would definitely go back but need to bring food !“
“We thought we weren't going to be able to get in because the place looked so crowded for lunch, but that was the front of the building. Do yourself a favor and go around to the back. Much more open in terms of seating. Less of a hustle and bustle feel. The wait staff was very nice, super friendly and very attentive. We all loved our food! The fried oysters I had were probably the largest I'd ever seen. The Mac and cheese with bacon was absolutely delicious. The piece of fish with the fish and chips was huge The only complaint was the Ruben egg rolls. So you might want to avoid them. We would absolutely return next time we're in town.“
“After visiting Maggie's Herb Farm, I looked for a place to eat and hang out with family afterwards. Bog brewing was a drive, but close enough that we took the scenic route and drove there. I had looked to make sure they served food and allowed dogs there. Yelp has old pictures of Mannys Cuban Food, which is incorrect because now it is Tacos My Blessings food truck. We pulled up to the dirt parking lot and were able to find a space in the back. It gets crowded quickly, and this was around 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon. They have a fake grass area with toys for the kids, the food truck, seating, and access to the brewery. We found an end spot with plenty of seating and browsed the food menu for lunch. I chose the pork quesadilla, and my mom chose the three tacos with chorizo and steak. We were able to get a cup of beans for my toddler son. My mom then went inside to order drinks. I chose the Snow Rips DIPA, and my mom chose one of their ciders. Our food came out quickly, as well as the beers. The food was authentic Mexican, with lots of flavor, ingredients, and a freshness that is hard to find. The DIPA was light but had a good citrus hoppy flavor to it. We were able to enjoy everything outside for over an hour, and the dog was happy sniffing and meeting new friends. I'm glad we stopped by and highly recommend!“
“Ah!mazing service!!! Owners are so personable.3rd time back to this bagel haven and it’s still hitting the spot. OMG! Worth the line for sure. FYI the wheat everything bagel was just as great, if not better than the regular one. See y’all next time #realsoonDietary restrictions: Soy milk for coffee and veggie cream cheese if that’s your thing.Parking: Parking lot is right around the corner.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up to front door.“
“Positively the best fast food place in town!I don't even like to call it a "fast food" restaurant because the quality of their food and service is way above average.Culvers Deluxe, Onion Rings, Corn Dog, and Root Beer is my go-to!My mother absolutely loves their hot fudge sundaes.Keep up the great work!“
“This was the best pizza joint we’ve experienced in a while! My family and I loved it! The pizza was great. We got it by the slice…they know exactly how to heat up that slice, too. We tried the garlic knots…YUM! And, at the recommendation of our airbnb host we tried the pizza pinwheels…AMAZING! Everyone who was working there was working hard, but they were so nice if you had questions. It was a great experience . Oh, and we got cannoli to go…once again, we were not disappointed.“
“Cutest little coffee truck on the island with darn good cold brew, shaved ice, and affagatos. They have homemade syrups (brown sugar for the win), and shaved ice with candy toppings - the kids were in heaven. Even our dog enjoyed the homemade treats they have. How have we missed the best coffee in the world for this long?“
“Apr 2024: Came in on a Tuesday night and was seated immediately. Ambience is great and the place is classy. Ordered the Cajun chicken egg rolls which were amazing. Also ordered a short rib special entree and the chicken Bella entree. Both were delicious. Got the apple martini and an old fashioned. Drinks are good, but martini was missing some alcohol, but old fashioned was great. I would recommend coming here. Got the chocolate torte as well which was good.“
“My wife and I stopped here for lunch while visiting St. Augustine. It was our anniversary and the day of the eclipse. We were seated at the front and had a great view of the river. I ordered the shrimp and grits and they were the best I ever had. I will stop there again just for that. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere. Give it a try!“
“The food was pretty tasty. The only thing I thought was odd is that what I was charged for is different then what is listed on the physical menu I received, specifically regarding the drinks, as the entree I ordered was based off market price and therefore not listed outright. The drinks are already priced at a premium on the menu. So to charge more without acknowledgement is misleading and not great business, imo. Some may argue if you already willing to pay a certain price, then what is another extra dollar or two. However, this should be the consumers choice with what one is willing to pay, not at the discretion of the establishment. The servers need to inform customers of the price changes, or a note needs to be added to the menu, while new ones are being printed/ changed.“
“This was a cute little place in St Augustine. They ask your favorite childhood snack instead of your name to call out your order. Super yummy biscuits and coffee. Funny and weird that the ladies at the front told me they didn't have any straws and then 10 minutes later gave my fiancé a straw... “
“We arrived early for our reservation, (highly recommended). As we were waiting for the rest of our party, Cindy came out and asked if we would like something to drink, while we wait. That alone impressed me. Next we were seated quickly after a few others made us welcome. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Our server Anne-Marie, made our whole experience an amazing one. We started out with “Garlic Knots”, that were the best. Next our entrees were some of the best meals I have ever eaten! We had Ziti with meatballs, Flounder, Chicken Wings, and an incredible Chicken Marsala, over a bed of angel hair pasta, with a perfect balance of mushrooms. We finished the meal with Tiramisu. The locals are correct about this being one of the best restaurants in town. We will definitely be back very soon.“
“Visited with friends last week to the new location. We were all disappointed. Like other reviewers have stated, very loud, sterile atmosphere, cafeteria like. Tables too close together. Definitely liked the old place better. Food was great like always. Server probably had too many tables, as he was running around like a madman. Probably will not be returning, such a shame. This was our weekly girls get together.“

“Cute small eatery by where we're staying. Stopped in for lunch on the way back from the beach because we didn't want to pay to park & walk downtown area. I ordered the gringo style steak tacos and my friend ordered the birria tacos. Both were delicious. We also split a street corn that was good. The employee was very nice and service was very fast.“
“Great food. Service was a little slow, but they were very busy. Once they took our order, about 20 minutes after we sat, things moved along. I would definitely go back! We had lunch and everyone loved their food. The tater tots are amazing!“
“We had a late ghost tour our first night in St. Augustine and hear Barley Republic had a late night kitchen. The lamb burger was so juicy and tasty. The poutine was great. Could use more gravy. We did another night and had Curry Fries! If you like curry, yum!!“
“I was on my way to another cafe in the area but decided to try this establishment instead, so glad I did! Their flourless chocolate torte exceeded my expectations and the coffee is sourced from a local roaster. I would definitely return to this cafe during my next visit to the area.Dietary restrictions: They have flourless and vegan options available.“
“Always great. Lines can get long at lunchtime when the weather is good but well worth the wait. I've warned them it's my personal mission to keep eating all their Jack the Ripper burritos until they run out of them. They seem weirdly confident about keeping up with me?“
“Great place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very clean atmosphere and friendly people along with great bartenders. I would recommend going here if you like to chill and have a few drinks while you watch a game or play pool.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly place.“
“We happened upon this little gem while on the trolley tours. Since you can get off and back on, we were going to eat at Columbia, but they weren’t taking walk ins. Instead we walked a few short blocks and came across the Cuban cafe and bakery. The food was delicious, the pastries were amazing and the coladas were on point. The atmosphere was cozy and we were glad to have ended up here instead. This isn’t your beans and rice Cuban food but the sandwiches don’t disappoint!“
“Ok so this is THE best coffee in historic St Augustine district! I had the Beach Bum latte which has coconut in it and my hubs had the Berried Alive I think it's called had maple syrup and blueberry flavors so yummy! But not overly sweet just perfect! Highly recommend! Located right across from the old Spanish fort!“
“Driving up the coast of Florida, stayed overnight in St Augustine and had lunch here. Excellent choice! I had a sweet chili lime shrimp quesadilla, delicious! They also serve “Stubborn” fountain drinks, another of my favorites, well known on the west coast. The Root Beer and Agave Vanilla Creme soda are my favorites. The menu has many choices from tacos to burgers, salads and sea food choices.“

“We are visiting St Augustine from out of town and love this breakfast place. We’ve been there twice already. Food is excellent, I got the lobster eggs Benedict one day and the chocolate Belgian the second day. Service was excellent. My husband enjoyed his Bloody Mary and breakfast burrito. Highly recommend for great breakfast spot.“
“The only thing that knocked this down was the waiters lack of experience on how to pour a beer. You can't fit 14.5 oz in a 12 oz glass so 2.5 oz landed on the floor. Though we are still laughing at it! The chicken picatta was like an orgasm for my mouth....can I say that? Will it get beeped? It was so flavorful. I want more!! I still left the waiter a 20 dollar tip just for the laugh! He was embarrassed ? but we are a fun loving group! No worries! My hubby didn't need that extra 2 oz anyway lol!“
“We went here for emo night and it was a great venue We were able to see the stage easily and great staff and a wonderful amount of drink options! Clean bathrooms and conveniently located off A1A! I hope they do more events here like this would definitely make the drive from Putnam county again!“
“Auggies Draft Room is one of the main reasons I travel to St. Augustine from Orlando! This spot has a fantastic vibe and an even better menu. My favorite drink, Jag Water, is a seasonal treat available only during football season so be sure to get it if you see it! Don't even get me started on their beer cheese fries—they are absolutely delicious! Each visit is consistently enjoyable, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. Auggies is a must-visit for anyone looking for a great time in St. Augustine.“
“Our first time at Jimmy Hula's! We weren't sure how it worked...you order at the counter and they bring your food. The staff were super friendly. Charles was so personable, helpful and friendly. The food was excellent! We had the tacos! Killer, Kingston and taco of the month! All "do again" tacos. And....a beautiful view of the river ? We'll be back.“
“We went yesterday for some drinks and snacks after the beach. The calamari was super fantastic. So tender and lightly fried. Best I ever had in St. Augustine and we have tried a lot of places. We also had the fish dip which was excellent too served with fried bread and cocktail sauce which was amazing. Frankie is always a great bartender. We have not been there since they gave it a fave lift. We loved it!!!“
