My husband and I took the trolley to a nearby stop with the intent to try their minorcan clam chowder. We have been trying it everywhere in St. Augustine. It was the best, by far, over all the others. We sat in the covered outdoor area. Had great service. Parking can be a challenge it seems. We were glad for our trolley plan.
Found this out of the way place and we were not disappointed. The service was great, don't remember our servers name, but she was absolutely top notch. The food was delivered quickly and was awesome. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a beachside restaurant and bar. I've been coming to Beachcomber for more years than I can remember. Food, drinks, service and atmosphere continue to be wonderful! ?Unfortunately they're about to price me out. My friend and I went for lunch Monday. We each got one regular margarita, we SHARED a bowl of soup and we SHARED a salad and our bill was $62.
