This sunday we decided to go to Gordos for the all you can drink mimosa sunday and immediately was welcomed by Holly. She is an outstanding server who knows menu so well that she can recommend any alternatives to the menu. She works every sunday and I highly recommend requesting her to be your server! So impressed and she deserves the world
I miss nothing about Tallahassee except this restaurant. This place is where my (now husband) had many dates, where we cultivated our love for each other over delicious bistec empanizado with fluffy white rice and seasoned beans. This place has a lot of wonderful memories for me, the food was always solid. Service as well. It was a home away from home for me. Thank you Gordo’s for being a Cuban staple in Tallahassee for me ? The food is good but we experience a 1 hour delay for our sandwiches. Somebody screw-up in our order. I'm not sure if it was the waitress or the kitchen, but the order was not what we ordered. Anyway they make an apology and a discount 50%.
