Ordered online for delivery, only received food and was told smoothies had spilled in driver's car. No mention of replacement or refund was mentioned. Tried to contact store, phone was constantly on busy with no other way to contact them or anyone from tropical smoothie.
I'm giving Tropical Smoothie Cafe a 2-star review. I ordered 2 wraps and a smoothie through the app, but I only received the smoothie. Attempts to call the store were futile as their phones seem to be down. This has caused a significant inconvenience, and I'm disappointed with the service. Hoping for a prompt resolution.
