“If you are looking for a healthy food place, Ke’Kai Food is the best option in Tampa, I assure you. It offers a variety of healthy dishes that are sure to satisfy your cravings. I particularly love their empanadas but all their dishes are very fresh, healthy and delicious. The atmosphere of the place is cozy and clean, and the service is fast and very friendly. “I've loved this place since they opened, but moved to St. Pete and don't get to stop by as often as I like anymore. I came over for an errand and showed up minutes before they opened without realizing it. They were nice enough to not only let me order, but also made me the best breakfast burrito I have ever had! And that is not a light statement.The steak was tender and flavorful, the beans were perfect, and every part was mouthwatering. I can't wait to make another trip to stop in soon. “I heard about their smoothies through a trainer at the gym next door. The first smoothie I tried was the Blue Hawaiian and it’s amazing!! Probably the most tastiest smoothie I’ve ever had! On another visit, I tried the Green Machine and Caribbean Cooler, which were also very good!! I plan on coming back to try more.“

The meals are perfect portions, for losing or maintaining weight lose. They have a adequate variety of meals to choose from. The food is always fresh and the delivery method keeps the food cold for a long time pre and post delivery. Life is busy and grabbing a burger is easy. “Firstimer here! And so far I'm in love. I came since they were pretty much the only store in Tampa that had the Rubicon Neopolitan Vegan cupcakes in stock. They had a huge variety of dairy free/nut free groceries like quite chocolate bars, ravioli, and muffins... the good tasting kind too. It like a smaller, less expensive version of a Sprouts/WF. All in all 5 stars so far!“

I came to Tampa from Tally visiting family and there’s NO FOOD like this in Tally…there just ISNT! This place is family friendly and to say welcoming is an understatement!!! We had a language barrier to a degree and this restaurant was so KIND, POLITE, CURTIOUS, SWEET, etc. we were a big party of 10 with little kids too! There is a section out back with games, karaoke, a pool table, and inside was spacious enough for us all! They really catered to us and made us feel so comfortable! The food was absolutely delicious! Authentically Cuban with DELICIOUS OX TAILS and chicken!! Greens were delicious ?. They have natural freshly made smoothies and fresh squeezed juice. I bout a GALLON OF SOURSOP JUICE!! Expensive but I was even given a discount for the family!! WHICH BY THE WAY WE ALL HAD A SMOOTHIE OR JUICE!!! Great healthy juice. My favorite!! I really enjoyed this restaurant as well as the employees and food! The rice and beans were banging too!!! I WILL BE BACK and can’t wait to go back!! I never write reviews but it was TOO GOOD not to! “I would always pass this place not knowing what it was, until one day my curiosity got the better of me and I went inside. Amazing to say the least. The decor is awesome, and the lady behind the counter took her time and went step by step with me on the menu and set up of everything. The food is delicious and the service is awesome.“
“I got a praline cream shake it was delicious! The employee was so friendly and the owner was so sweet. They had an issue with the credit card machine and i did not have cash on me, nor zelle or cashapp! the owner said “I trust you to just pay another time, for now enjoy your shake” i did end up finding someone to zelle for me. But i also did return to support the sweet gesture and kind words and treatment I received!“
