“Isaac's World Famous Burgers is a quaint eatery specializing in burgers. I tried their mellow-mushroom burger and it was outstanding, deserving a full 5/5 rating! The customer service was impressive; the staff who prepared my meal were friendly and attentive. The ordering process was straightforward and quick. One notable aspect is the use of fresh meat in their burgers, justifying a brief 10-minute wait - a worthwhile trade-off compared to pre-frozen options. My experience was so positive that I plan to return and would certainly recommend it to others.“
“Loved it. Met the ex owner that's he & his wives name is on the door. Cool. Tool lots of pics of the wall pics mashed, etc. I still need to go through them. I have a few from there, but lots from my life way behind to check so I hope to soon enough, but by bit a few sections every day + videos too omg. It must have been a recent sakes idk. They had their 50th anniversary idk if the company or that location. I'll need to check website or Google it : if I can't get the answer call & ask staff. There was Chris, but I didn't get the other guys name & the gal manager : I got nice crew lady taking the garbage out & cleaning duty, but I forgot her name rn. Omg. I think it was a name that repeated from recent before this place or nest different name. Not sure which. ? Oh well. I'll know when I go back. Webber cuz have other place I want to try.Parking: Amazing. You can switch to the other brKid-friendliness: Definitely saw that.Wheelchair accessibility: No need. I believe that one door a wheelchair can come in ig.“
“If you're looking for some delicious authentic tacos, this is the place to go. And let me tell yall, he doesn't skimp on the steak or chorizo so it is very fulfilling and worth every penny. After eating 2/4 tacos I bought, I felt compelled to leave a review and let others know how fantastic this food truck is. In addition to the amazing food, the guy who served me provided great customer service as well. 10/10 would recommend.“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at South Tampa Sandwich Shop, and it's now my go-to spot for the best pan con bistecs and Cuban coffee in town. The flavors were authentic and truly captured the essence of Cuban cuisine. The pan con bistec was perfectly seasoned, and the Cuban coffee had that rich, bold taste that I crave. One tip for fellow visitors: be mindful that it can get quite busy during lunchtime, so plan accordingly. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the staff managed to keep the service prompt and friendly.“
“Children's favorite dish, they don't change this dish for anything, excellent service, everything fresh and delicious, they always welcome you with their smiling face ? the owner is the chef, the best!!! The place is very nice, cozy, parking available and excellent location. Thank you guys for offering us so much variety!! ??“
“This has been one of my favorite Five Guys for a while. Between ordering online or in person, my food is fresh, hot, yummy, and well made!!Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables set up specifically for wheelchair users as well as their companion.“
“Burger Culture is just straight up awesome. The food was super fresh and made to order. Got the hot chicken sandwich and the spicy Mac daddy. It's super laid back and there are tons of fun activities for kids or for anyone else with A.D.D like me?.The menu has super delicious options. Will be trying a burger on next visit!Vegetarian options: They have plant based options.Kid-friendliness: Lots of games for both kids & adults“
“Rolled up on a Friday at lunch to grab some tacos. Employee was definitely about business over friendliness. My order took about ten minutes. Price was decent. Food was as expected. I won't say it is the best I have had, but the tacos and quesadilla were both worthy of their namesake. Everything was wrapped up nicely. Check them out if you are in the neighborhood.“
“The food is good, they had declined a little, but today I went and I liked it again, I tried the special and it was delicious ?Positive point for the variety of sauces they have.Yes, I recommend improving the temperature of the drinks ?But I recommend it“
“Stopped in for lunch before heading to airport. Didn’t realize that Chicago’s very own Portillo’s had made its way to Tampa, but sure enough it now planted roots in another Florida hotspot (there are two in Orlando). Ok, on to the review. Being a native of the City of Wind, I look for the food that reminds me of home every time I visit a city that has a Portillo’s. I actually believe everything on the menu, that I’ve had, is good! From the Hot dogs, to the Maxwell Street Polish, to the Chili Cheese Dogs (my go to!!), to the Cheesy Italian Beef on Croissant (decadent and delightful!!!!) to the spicy chicken sandwich (ask for the brioche bun - you’ll thank me later) to my new favs, the salads!!! All are good but it’s something about that chopped salad tho!!!!!! This day, I had a cheesy Italian beef on croissant and added Italian sausage (order as the “combo” as that is how it’s loaded into the computer - saves time from then having to call a manager over as in non Chicago locations, folks don’t order that apparently - I always do). I added grilled onion, mayo and sweet peppers on the side. I also got fries and cheese dipping sauce and a large Diet Coke of course. I also ended lunch with a slice of their famous (and sinfully delicious) Chocolate cake - the most consistently moist cake I’ve ever had across the chain. They really do a great job with it! You’ve got to try it at least once, trust me!! All in all, great place, great service and of course great food!! When I’m back in Tampa, Portillo’s is a must visit!“
“The guy teaching lady that did order an checkout was great, lady was learning. Food was ok but nothing special. Five Guys normally has a great Burger. I compare them to David's and that's a good thing.Parking: It's this new style crap park across the road, drown or freeze before you get inside kind of thing. When your twenty it's not so important, but every ten years afterwards it gains more an more importance.“
“Excellent vegetarian/vegan hot dogs ? at Sparksman Wharf!During our walk we saw the hot dog stand and tried two of the hot dogs, opting for the vegetarian/vegan version of each. Both hot dogs and the Pommers were extremely tasty - highly recommended!Vegetarian options: All hot dogs can also be ordered vegetarian/vegan instead of the meat version, although you have to pay an extra charge of around $2 per piece.“
“I ordered late but I got there in time l, just a bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries. I looked and felt everything was hot and my 2 items were there. I should've ate a fry because there was no Cajun seasoning and the fries are meh without them. This location makes great food and the staff are awesome, just a little hiccup this time around. If you do decide on takeout, just double check your order before you go home.“
“I ordered from this location tonight (as I do most every weekend) and the burgers were borderline raw. I didn't discover until they were brought home and my schedule didn't allow to return to the store so had to pitch them. I called this evening and spoke to the night manager. He explained they have been training a lot of new employees (and also trainers) and was understanding and apologetic for the experience. He readily offered to make it right (I was satisfied with his solution) and identified the need for more training and committed to helping his team improve. He owned the mistake, offered a solution and identified it was an area that needed work. No restaurant is perfect. I can handle mistakes (more than once) when the management care and they are working to make it better. They will get another order next week and I do recommend this establishment. Not because they were perfect, but because they listened, cared and I believe they will work to make it better. See you next week Five Guys!“
“A 4.9 rating is pretty rare on Yelp for a place with hundreds of reviews. I think if I mention names, the review gets flagged, but there are places in Tampa where you can spend $hundreds for dinner for two, or where the U.S. President goes when he comes to Tampa, or places with a Michelin star (I think we spent more like $400 at one of those in Tampa). And they don't come close to a 4.9 rating on Yelp. But Paulies beats them all with a 4.9, and it's well-deserved. I didn't see any seating there today, but from the pictures on Yelp, there were a couple of bar stools in front at some point in the past. So if you're not getting takeout, bring a lawn chair. Or a newspaper as a tablecloth to eat in the car. The sausage, the frank, and the Chicago beef. All great, and the accompaniments make them even better - peppers/pickles/onions/tomatoes/etc. Au jus gravy. As a first-time visitor, Paulie offered a free side, and I got the french fries, which were as good as it gets. There's a style of fries which are thick, but crispy on the outside - they might be fried twice. Belgium is known for it's fries, and there's a Belgium-chef restaurant in Dunedin, and I've had the Belgium fries in Belgium, and Paulies' fries are better than either of those. And Paulie's a nice and social guy - I already know something of his family and his medical history - even his daughter's friend who was working there today...“
