This is a fun sushi concept that serves decent (but not great) sushi as well as other Japanese dishes. You essentially either order from a screen located at your table and get the plate zoomed over to you on the top conveyor belt or you may grab one of the many readily available plates from the bottom belt. After I had first discovered this chain while visiting Seattle, I was so happy that one was coming to Tampa! The concept/novelty is cute and makes it fun to have food delivered on a track. The food is decent, you get what you pay for. Be mindful that some items may have been rotating for some time and are not as fresh. I am not a fan of sushi.. but I am a huge fan of KURA. This would be my one and only choice if anyone suggested sushi. Not only is every bite delicious, but the prices are decent. If I'm feeling adventurous, I can always try something I would normally never get.. if I like it, great, if I don't, no money went down the drain because the other piece would be eaten by my partner.
