Food was so so. We had the bbq chicken and Texas style brisket which was total of $58 including tax. Brisket was cold and tough to eat. 1 piece of chicken was just perfect and the other piece was dry and flavorless. Kinda disappointed - really thought food would be good. Price is high but that’s expected for theme parks.
Idk who was doing the bbq cooking on 3/3/2024 , and who made the peach cobbler.. but this was the best tasting food we’ve had at smokehouse & we go there a lot . The fries was seasoned good too. Keep whoever’s

Good is great and adds to the experience, but you are paying an extremely high price as you are a captive audience price. But if you are visiting the park for just the day or your first time and enjoy a above smoked meal in an in park experience, then I recommend the variety platter or at least the smoked brisket.
