“My family stopped here after my daughter's cheer competition with her teammates and we were not disappointed! We ordered the artichoke and garlic pizza that is made with their homemade ranch and it was so good that we ordered an extra large to go before we left! My daughter got an everything pizza, which comes LOADED with every topping. The price is comparable to some of the more well-known pizza chains, but the quality and quantity of food you get here is well above those other places. If you're a local, this NEEDS to be your regular pizza joint. The atmosphere is top-notch and the staff make you feel right at home. The owner, Diane, is not just the owner. She is also a member of the hard-working and friendly staff. The kids enjoyed watching the Georgia game while playing foosball, Jenga, and arcade games. We'll be stopping in every time we're in town from now on!“

“CALL BEFORE YOU GO! We waited over an hour for our large pizza on a Friday night but it was super delicious (we got the margarita)!!! It’s not a sit down restaurant so you can order ahead and then eat the pizza there-wish we would have done that. It is faster service when ordering single slices.“

Mind you, I don't mind spending money in upscale restaurants, but refuse to be part of the Apple phone, Starbucks, etc followers of what everyone else buys or drinks. I thought this was another high price "be seen" place. Boy I was WRONG!!!! “Ted's is a good option in Athens on game day. Somewhat inconspicuous, we slipped in & ordered while flashier nearby spots had hour-long waits. We were eating within 10 minutes. I'd say it was at about 75% capacity. Good pizza & beer. Meat lovers, get the La Carne. Wife & daughter liked their veggie pizzas. They have eat-outside options if weather is nice, so we did.“

“This is as my first time at a mellow mushroom but I’ve always heard good things about them. I chose to celebrate my 40th here with family. Aside from parking, I was very pleased with my experience. The food is fairly priced and they even have vegan options. As a new vegan, for health, I picker here because of the miss mushroom pizza on the menu. It was way better than I expected. The bartender was super sweet and attentive while we were waiting for our party. Our server was also beyond sweet, kind and attentive. They didn’t even come at us when we family brought in my birthday cake or my boyfriend gave me his gift which was a small cake when you opened paper butterflies popped out everywhere! And we were a bit much rewinding then up and having the paper butterfly’s fly in the restaurant, sorry about that! Mix a celebration, alcohol and flying toys, you’re asking for trouble. I even thanked our server by giving her one and I feel horrible I don’t remember her name. Thank you for making my 40th memorable. We will be coming out here again.“

“Charles has really stepped up over the years. I haven't been here in a long time and it's changed a lot. Very updated, bright, and clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. I was very glad that there's a stamp system for making sure people don't walk out with the wrong kids. There were 3 parties at the same time, but I felt relatively comfortable about my kids running around separately. I do recommend parties here.“
“Went for the first time on Friday night 2 hours before they closed and asked what their best sub was. Waitress suggested the Johnnys special and it lived up to its name. I’ve been all over the US and had cold subs but this one is by far my favorite. Fresh flavorful and filling. If I didn’t live two hours away I would absolutely be a regular. “Stopped on Amici while in. Athens GA. Good pub food. Tried the BB Black Chocolate Stout which I enjoyed. They have 12 other beers on tap. Had the combo meal of one slice of pizza and 4 wings. Added anchovies to the slice. The loved the texture of the crust which was crispy when folded and the cheese didn't fall off. Wings were also very good.“
