“I stopped at this location on Christmas Eve.. Knowing it was a holiday and most restaurants are closed, I wasn't sure what kind of service to expect or how busy they might be. As to my surprise everything went perfectly. I got myself a BLT with cheese on Texas toast and some good ole hashbrowns scattered, smothered, and covered!! Thanks for the quick service and delicious sandwich..?“

“Excellent! Had the big poppa and the fish was perfect and the shrimp were fried right and they weren’t the tiny shrimp either! Also had The Long Island Thang which was on point???. Definitely worth fighting the hour in traffic to get there. The owners are great people and very welcoming. Will definitely be back there for the rest of the menu.“

“There's not many breakfast places in Winder. But we stumbled across Cafe at the Lobby as we were walking down broad street in downtown Winder Georgia. The menu is very limited. Prices are a bit high for what you get. A side of toast is $2, as you only get 1 piece of bread/toast cut in half. A side of bacon is $3.50, and you only get 2 pieces of bacon. So you have to weigh your options on the amount you get for the prices there and compare it elsewhere. The food and coffee are fresh. The place is clean and the staff is very nice. We'll probably go back, but not often.“

“This is the closest one to me. Food and service are constantly good. I usually get lucky and miss the crowd. This morning, the grits and gravy were on point, the coffee wash fresh brewed and there was some Conway on the jukebox. I remember back when they didn’t have biscuit and gravy. But I don’t remember ever having a more “Waffle House” morning. 10/10 IYKYKParking: It’s an easy back on 985 north and south. Like I said before, I don’t u turn at the light. I come up from behind the gas station and Burger King.Kid-friendliness: I see kids every time I’m in there and I always have mine. When I was young getting to sit at the high bar and watch the cooks was something special.Wheelchair accessibility: If I was wheelchairing it, I would turn at the light and again right before the neighborhood. Come from behind the gas station and Burger King. Pull a little past and back in to your spot. Tap on the glass as you take the curb cut and the hostess will come help with the doors. The two low bar sections (2 top & 4 top) are where I would aim to sit. Don’t be afraid to ask, everyone is super sweet but they can’t read minds.“

“My son wanted Waffle House for his birthday, so I took him here. It’s a small parking lot and they were packed when we arrived. Luckily we didn’t have to wait long for a table, but that told me it was gonna be good food! Pam was an absolute doll helping my kids order and checked on us frequently. The food was absolutely perfect!Parking: It’s a small lot and difficult to maneuver if it is full, as it does not wrap around or have a second entrance.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs and the staff is very friendly!“

As I ate my All-Star special, I literally felt as if I were on the back of a bald eagle named Trump, dropping syrupy waffle bombs and chessy hash brown grenades all over my hunger! “This is my favorite Waffle House location.They are always friendly and the food is delicious.But the experience I had last Friday was special.I was visiting with my son and eating a meal around 3pm. I was in a very depressed mood because I had an upsetting incident with someone else earlier in the day. Suddenly the person who was making the food in the kitchen left a plate of food on my table in a to-go box. I looked at him and said, "This is not ours." He said with a very kind smile, "This is on the house." My son whispered to me. "Mom, he saw you crying." I was very moved. Even if it was just a plate of food, it was worth more than that to me.It made me think that this is a world where a wound caused by a person I used to know can be healed by a complete stranger. To the person who was making the food on January 26, around 3 to 3:30 p.m., I don't know your name, but I want to say thank you very much. I really appreciate it.“

“It's a Waffle House - clean, nice staff and the food quality one would expect from WH. But, this location will not take an order by phone for p/u when it's ready. You have to go there, order and wait. It's more of a minor inconvenience (w/o an obvious reason) than anything else, though.“

“We visited Waffle House on Dacula Rd in Dacula on Christmas Day 12/25/2023. Our food was delicious and the server, Alieaster, did a great job. The juke box music was too loud so I sent a complaint directly to Waffle House website online. I was so impressed they called back and told me the jukebox had been turned down and hoped we would return. We went back 1/1/2024. The food was delicious & our server, Janet did a great job and yes, the juke box was turned down to the appropriate volume. I played all my favorite country music songs by George Strait!!! We had a lovely time. I want you to know they have increased the staff and they are all so friendly and ready to serve you. The place was spotless. I am so impressed how things have turned around for the best at this Waffle House location. We had stop going for a while to this location and we were so pleased when a friend told us we could go back now. They had hired all new staff...it's true. Great food & great service & the music volume just right on the jukebox.“

“We dined at this location Sunday morning April 14, 2024. We were greeted as soon as we entered thru the doors. The servers were very pleasant and attentive. We placed our order then about 10-12 minutes if that long our food was being placed in front of us. The staff did an amazing job and the food was excellent.“

“Christmas Day! We didn't know that it is their busiest day of the year! There was a line, but they had seats at the bar. We watched as they had 8 griddles going for the waffles. I have never seen so many staff working their stations. A worker was calling out the orders, they were working as fast as they could, on take out orders, call in orders and customers in the restaurant. It was amazing and something to see. Food was great, service was a bit slower than normal, but completely expected. And no one should complain when workers are doing their best! We had a coupon for a slice of pie and we went back the next day to eat again.“

“Has to be one of my favorite places to dine in. I went here to eat after graduation. It has a great atmosphere and wonderful service. Everyone working there is kind. Especially Dizzy (between you and me she was cute), who kept apologizing for the slow service, but me and my family kept on insist it was fine. We need more kind people like her around. So overall, I would highly recommend to check it out.“
