“We visited Waffle House on Dacula Rd in Dacula on Christmas Day 12/25/2023. Our food was delicious and the server, Alieaster, did a great job. The juke box music was too loud so I sent a complaint directly to Waffle House website online. I was so impressed they called back and told me the jukebox had been turned down and hoped we would return. We went back 1/1/2024. The food was delicious & our server, Janet did a great job and yes, the juke box was turned down to the appropriate volume. I played all my favorite country music songs by George Strait!!! We had a lovely time. I want you to know they have increased the staff and they are all so friendly and ready to serve you. The place was spotless. I am so impressed how things have turned around for the best at this Waffle House location. We had stop going for a while to this location and we were so pleased when a friend told us we could go back now. They had hired all new staff...it's true. Great food & great service & the music volume just right on the jukebox.“
“I was in the area and stopped by for coffee, which turned into breakfast, I had the recommended traditional. Boy, was it delicious and the service from staff to match. The overall experience was great. I ended up leaving my card and cane by today to pick it up. They verified I was the card owner as I called before showing up and made the 40 min drive to pick it up without a hitch. Thank you, good peeps!“
“Landed here on a Sunday morning. The place was packed with a 20-35 minute wait time. We lucked up and grabbed a spot at the bar. Being served took time as expected but once the servicing started the server was great and the food was definitely worth the wait.“
“Just discovered a gem! The service was fantastic and the food was superb. The lemon zest pancake with blueberry compote is ridiculously good. I ordered a Banging burger with fries. Cooked perfect, tastes great, and the fries are well seasoned. My wife got a make your own omelette with wheat toast. She stated the toast is really good. Give this place a shot! You won't be sorry!“
“Ate here 2 days in a row and truly enjoyed the food but the customer service was phenomenal! Had "A southern thang" with grits and home fries one day and banana foster stuffed French toast and grits today! Oh and the cherry lemonade is on point!!! Highly recommend checking them out! “My second time visiting and I went out and told 3 people how great it is immediately. First, the staff is so nice (genuinely, not fake) and the food was amazing (I had half a ham and cheese with pineapple bacon jam…. It was indescribable!). It isn’t the typical deli, the menu is unique. Definitely try this out - service and friendly and fast the the food is amazing.“
“I love a handmade biscuit... love love love! And, being attached to a gas station made even more confident I was going to stumble on greatness. The menu is in a large font above the cashier station. The cashier was very pleasant and my order took a couple of quick minutes to be prepared. When the kitchen team handed the cashier my order, someone shouted- thank you Kat, have a great day. What a wonderful personal touch- reading my name off the ticket. I did realize until after beginning to eat the sausage biscuit that the meat was made in house. It a bit of a spicy kick and a lot less sage flavoring like a traditional sausage. It was a wonderful surprise and treat. “Went on Easter so it was busy to say the least. That being said, it did not deter the kitchen from putting out fresh and correct orders. We had a party of 6 adults and 3 kids, and everything came out perfect. Strongly recommend the hacienda hash, Hawaiian French toast, the holey donuts, and the Pomegranate sunrise!“

As I ate my All-Star special, I literally felt as if I were on the back of a bald eagle named Trump, dropping syrupy waffle bombs and chessy hash brown grenades all over my hunger! “I have been at this restaurant two times now and their service was quick. I ordered a caramel iced coffee with cream and it was the bomb. I also ordered an omelet with a salad and bread took it home and warmed it up while I cooked my hash browns in the air fryer and it was delicious. This restaurant definitely deserves a 5 star for sure.“
“This is my favorite Waffle House location.They are always friendly and the food is delicious.But the experience I had last Friday was special.I was visiting with my son and eating a meal around 3pm. I was in a very depressed mood because I had an upsetting incident with someone else earlier in the day. Suddenly the person who was making the food in the kitchen left a plate of food on my table in a to-go box. I looked at him and said, "This is not ours." He said with a very kind smile, "This is on the house." My son whispered to me. "Mom, he saw you crying." I was very moved. Even if it was just a plate of food, it was worth more than that to me.It made me think that this is a world where a wound caused by a person I used to know can be healed by a complete stranger. To the person who was making the food on January 26, around 3 to 3:30 p.m., I don't know your name, but I want to say thank you very much. I really appreciate it.“
“It's a Waffle House - clean, nice staff and the food quality one would expect from WH. But, this location will not take an order by phone for p/u when it's ready. You have to go there, order and wait. It's more of a minor inconvenience (w/o an obvious reason) than anything else, though.“
“We went there today at about 330pm. The service was top notch and the guy in the grill was AWESOME!! He made me the best loaded hash browns I've had at Waffle House in 30 years!! Everything was WONDERFUL and I wish I could have afforded to tip them more! Nothing bad to say! We will definitely be back!!Kid-friendliness: My kids are everything on their plates! “I stopped at this location on Christmas Eve.. Knowing it was a holiday and most restaurants are closed, I wasn't sure what kind of service to expect or how busy they might be. As to my surprise everything went perfectly. I got myself a BLT with cheese on Texas toast and some good ole hashbrowns scattered, smothered, and covered!! “I love that this is one of the few locations that are 24 hours again. I usually go in late night or early morning. As expected, there is not usually a lot of staff during those hours, but they are usually pretty quick considering. The staff is friendly, and my food is always made well and tasty.“

“We dined at this location Sunday morning April 14, 2024. We were greeted as soon as we entered thru the doors. The servers were very pleasant and attentive. We placed our order then about 10-12 minutes if that long our food was being placed in front of us. The staff did an amazing job and the food was excellent.“
“Christmas Day! We didn't know that it is their busiest day of the year! There was a line, but they had seats at the bar. We watched as they had 8 griddles going for the waffles. I have never seen so many staff working their stations. A worker was calling out the orders, they were working as fast as they could, on take out orders, call in orders and customers in the restaurant. It was amazing and something to see. Food was great, service was a bit slower than normal, but completely expected. And no one should complain when workers are doing their best! We had a coupon for a slice of pie and we went back the next day to eat again.“
