“Atmosphere was a vibe. Music was way too loud though for the amount of us that was in there, but the cashier was absolutely amazing. She was very sweet and kind and really took care of us. I was confused on my order and she fixed it with no issues no judgment or attitude. I need this everywhere I go.“

“Loved the atmosphere and the service was excellent, friendly and attentive! I ordered the red velvet waffle, and while it was good, the cinnamon was a bit strong, which made it hard to taste the red velvet itself. Still, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back“

“After reading the reviews we had to visit. I had the chicken salad. We’re from England and the chicken was shredded and in some kind of sauce, almost like a coronation chicken, not what I expected but nice enough. Service was rushed, I felt like this lunchtime the waiter was just trying to serve as many people as he could. As he cleared our plates he told us he was bringing the bill. Not quite the leisurely experience we are used to but glad we visited non the less.“

“We stopped by 8595 Restaurant for drinks, and Meka and Becca made the experience unforgettable! Their service was friendly, professional, and full of great energy. The drinks were absolutely incredible—perfectly made and beautifully presented.

“I am usually there every Thursday. I always love talking to the lady's inside and shoot the breeze with the brothers outside! Great laid back and quiet atmosphere... I usually get the pulled pork, hash and rice with Mac and cheese. It NEVER fails that it is better each time. As a matter of fact, I am on my way now.“

“This is gotta be one of my favorite southern food joints since moving here. The food is really really amazing the fried pork chops or something. I definitely recommend the peach cobbler is also very delicious. The staff is really really friendly. The restaurant is really really clean inside and outside. I definitely recommend Goolsby’s for anyone coming in the area. Trust me, you will not regret it.“

“Inexpensive, quick- very good Southern comfort food. Mac and cheese, fried chicken, chicken tenders, green beans, pork chops, and hush puppies are my favorites. The mashed potatoes are REAL- this place was a staple when I was growing up and I still love it.“

“Outstanding food & service. 5 STARS or better yet, 6 STARS out of 5. We have a Thanksgiving feast of beef brisket, pulled chicken, turkey, Quarts of green beans, collards, sweet potato casserole, corn bread dressing, large cartons of gravy, red bbq sauce & white Morgan Co sauce, a pecan pie & chocolate pie, all of it delivered by the manager, Rachel.“

“I love Cheddar Scratch Kitchen! We have several up north. The honey croissants are amazing and a must have if you are stopping in or eating out. The southern fried chicken was an amazing deal. For $3 extra you got an entire second chicken breast. Only issue is the curbside pickup is not connected to the text you receive when order like all other major restaurant chains.“

“Stunning, relaxed and casual atmosphere! Wow, what an unexpected treat right here in Augusta, Georgia. Met one of the bartenders playing golf and he recommended we come have dinner. It does not disappoint!!! If you want some great food and exceptional drinks, stop in and see Vance or Tim!!!“
