“What a delightful experience we had from start to finish! The room is lovely, and the seating exceptionally comfy! Our party of 4 ordered a variety of items and loved all of them. Service was beautifully coordinated and timed. We were thrilled with the bottle of wine we shared, which was one recommended for the chef’s menu.“

“We had a rehearsal dinner for Giovanni and Natalie Taddei, the service was excellent and the food was very delicious ,thank you!!“
“Classic 1950s diner atmosphere. Counter folk sincerely friendly. My order was not heard correctly, and I didn't check my receipt before paying. However, every effort was made to make my meal with my husband a pleasant experience, both with what we were served and the price we paid. We will be back!“

“The food is AWESOME! I drive from South Carolina once a month at least to eat there! The ribs are the best you will ever eat they will melt in your mouth. The brunswick stew is off the chain. Great service plus Great food equals a WIN_WIN for everyone. I highly recommend them!!!“

“They need some work. We went to the Lake Oconee/Eatonton Location. The service was bomb, expedient, and the staff were very nice. The food, overall, hella salty. Also, The chicken was of poor quality--It didn't taste right-- the chicken tasted bruised and cheap, maybe like it was reject-quality chicken. The okra, fries, etc. was so salty that the inside of my mouth became raw (that's off of one regular-sized order). I have a heart condition, and I was making an exception because I was with family. I don't usually eat salty food. So, I kept my mouth shut. The french fries were soggy and not done. Maybe the grease wasn't hot enough or rancid (though, they didn't taste rancid) but we had to throw'em in the air-fryer to get'em right/done.These critiques are intended to help not harm. So, this is why I didn't give the place a low-rating because the customer service was on point, and the staff were above and beyond--y'all keep up the good work but talk to the owner about those recipes and changing his chicken distributor. Much luv.Dietary restrictions: Not for people who might want to make an exception, but suffer with BP issues, Heart Conditions, or Sodium restrictions. They are worse than fast food chains.“
“First time visiting. Owner and hostess VERY friendly. Food all made fresh. We had gyros and gyro salad with one side potato salad. Ample portions!!! Clean, pleasant atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: This is a small provisions store geared towards fishing and camping. Gives children something to look at while waiting for fresh meal to be prepared.Parking: Gravel area pull off from road.“

“Lovely place for breakfast on the veranda. Buffet has essential protein & fat (bacon, sausage and eggs) and carbs - potatoes/ English muffins and fresh fruit. The porch overlooking the golf course is lovely and entertaining. Very courteous staff. Good food and atmosphere!“

“Took my mother here for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised. the service was impeccable. Very friendly and caring. I had the Roast Beef Wrap and it was delicious. My mother had the chicken salad sandwich and I tried some; very good. If it didn't have nuts I would have ordered . The sweet tea is delicious, something you can not find in New England. We ordered the Cinnamon muffin (at least I think that was what it was) and it was delicious as well. I would definitely go back, very cute place.“
“Omg! As I stepped in, a feeling hit me : happiness! That is a very happy place! Colorful and animated, inviting and, let's not forget, delicious!! The owner was there, incredibly friendly and helpful, the girls at the counter fast and ready to suggest something to reach your expectations! Lots of candy, chocolate, chocolate covered ..anything-so fun!! Clients in and out permanently. Oh, and the different types of cones...covered in chocolate, sprinkles, big and small for all wishes. It was worth the drive. I will surely bring my guests there, too!!“

“Our first time at The Grill, only our second time at Parkside. This place must be a secret. A nice movie theater and at least 4 restaurants. We picked the Grill as it had a big menu, reasonable prices and we wanted to support a local mom and pop kinda restaurant. It did not disappoint. I had a really great Buffalo Fried Chicken Salad. My wife had the Hamburger steak dinner. Our friends had the Fried Shrimp basket and the grilled pork chop plate. All great, all very reasonably priced. The staff were very attentive and nice. Looking forward to going back again. I should mention that we drive over from Eastlake on Sinclair, so about an hour's drive but well worth it to come to a nice theater and a good selection of restaurants. All in the same spot. Make sure you go to the Grill first. Nice people and good food.“

“Great meat and three style place. Plus sandwiches, salads. Breakfast in the morning. I think the plate lunches are the same every week, but maybe not. If you order off the sandwich counter and it seems to be taking too long, go ask about it. They "forgot" to finish our order and it just sat until we went and asked. At least they offered a dessert.“
