“The food is terrific! When we were there, it was later in the evening, and the three Gen Z employees, were just sitting around goofing off at one of the tables, which wasn't a really good look. The only one that seemed to do anything was the guy that jumped behind the cash register when we walked in. He was very pleasant and helpful. Given what we saw of the employees out front, I was astounded that the food was so great! The pizza was some of the best I've had in a while, and the meatballs in the spaghetti & meatballs were incredible.“
“I went in here with my friends the other day and the customer service was amazing! The lady was super sweet and patient and got us everything we needed. The bread was served right away which was great. The bathrooms are in the very back which they had a little smell to them but thats not the company fault. The food was brought out within 10 minutes. The french fries were delightful! They had the perfect crunch. The pizza, cheesy bread, and stromboli was a little too greasy but overall delicious! Thank you for the amazing experience. “This is was my second time at Parma for lunch and this place is worth more than 5 stars. The food and atmosphere is great. The service is phenomenal! Especially the bartender who works lunch shift. I believe her name is Ariel. She is a great bartender and made sure I was taken care. Something of I didn’t feel at the other local establishment in the area. Next time I’m in town I’m definitely come back to Parma.“

There subs are so good I was happy with my Eggplant sub so delicious ? perfect size for a great price and the pizza slices are so delicious and big so get a slice for the kiddos instead of getting a whole pizza you won't be disappointed ?Vegetarian options: They have different salads“
“I mean come on the guy making the pizza is a 90 year old Italian man of course it’s gonna be good.I felt like I stepped into Little Italy when I went inside. I’m guessing the other guy was the old man’s son who was equally Italian American. Very kind too. He did almost chase me out the store when I asked for a pizza with no cheese, but he calmed down when I told him it was for a pregnant woman.Legit pizza from legit people. A literal mom and pop business that should be supported.“
“Went with my wife and daughter and had a really enjoyable experience. The food was very good, great for service in a very nice and clean setting. You pick you own ingredients which there are many option to choice from, but the best part is their crust. Thin and crispy, unlike others where all you taste is doughy crust. I had a 10” sausage,pepperoni and fresh mozzarella which was so good. My daughter had the supreme and it was also very good. They also have a great gluten free crust which makes this an ideal place for my wife who is gluten intolerant, a huge plus. We will be going back!“

“After passing this place numerous times, we came in to try out and were thoroughly impressed. The food was great and our server Jeff was top notch! Super friendly and recommended us their pizza and wing combo which saved us quite a bit of money. The wings are huge and taste great and the pizza was fantastic! You definitely get the most bang for your buck here. Definitely coming back and I highly recommend The Big Cheese!“
