“I recently had a family and friends Black history month celebration with about 30 people. Everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Per my family they really enjoyed the oxtail, fried chicken and the salmon. My friend really liked the Cassava stew and she ordered some to take home as a matter of fact several people ordered food to go in addition to their meal.”

GM Rick made sure that we had plenty of space and the best waiter! Victor is a long time server that I remember back from another restaurant so his experience is great. He assured me he had everything under control and was on top of things and that he did! He single handed waited on our table with only the assistance from the food runners, all while waiting other tables as well. I highly recommend this place but please leave me a table if I stop by and you’re having your party! 😜”

I ordered via DoorDash for pickup an 8pc crispy teriyaki bone-in wing combo w/chicken fried rice & Sprite and an 8pc crispy lemon pepper bone-in wing combo w/fries & Dr. Pepper. Received notification that my order was ready before I even arrived. I was warmly greeted upon walking in. I was pleasantly surprised by the lighting, it was nice & bright and most importantly the eating area, counters, as well as the Coca-Cola freestyle drink dispenser were very clean. The floor was not gummy & sticky! Everything was neatly in its proper place; condiments, napkins, straws, & menus. The young lady was very friendly helpful and professional. My only wish is that my fries were crispy even though they were hot. I will definitely use Doordash to order from WNB Factory, specifically this location at GA Hwy 20 in Covington near Browns Bridge & Hwy 212 AGAIN!
So yes, I would recommend.

“Just tried Kobe this past Wednesday, I'm not a fan of places that you order at the counter and then sit down for them to bring it to you. BUT, this place was great! The nice lady who took my order knew the menu well and helped me pick some sushi rolls by asking what I liked. I had the "Amazing Roll" and a Salmon Roll. It was so good! You could tell it was fresh and beautifully plated. And even though I didn't have a waiter, they still walked by and checked on me. Very friendly people and the sushi was incredible! The food is served with care, and is piping hot and delicious.

They have daily buffet style specials,in addition to the menu.

This little restaurant is part of a full store, butcher shop, and money center.

If you're looking for a flashy dine-in experience, this is the WRONG place, but if you're an adventurous foodie, that is cool with eating amongst a hard working, blue collar crowd, then they s place is right up your alley.

“My Experience at Chick-fil-A Covington (Hwy 278)

I usually use the Chick-fil-A mobile app because it’s quicker, allowing me to grab my food and go. Occasionally, I order ice cream, and while the app doesn’t have an option for almonds, I simply ask for them when I arrive at the mobile pickup line. Sometimes, I’m charged for them, and sometimes I’m not—but either way, I have no issue paying.

However, on this particular visit, a manager named Mike M. took it upon himself to enforce a new, unnecessary rule. He instructed his employee that if I wanted almonds, I’d have to get in the regular, longer line—just for almonds. I asked to speak with him directly, and his response was nothing short of aggressive and unprofessional. He firmly stated that if I ordered almonds again in the mobile line, he would call the police on me. Call the police—for almonds.

I left feeling angry, hurt, and deeply disappointed. There’s a pattern of behavior with this particular individual, and I can’t help but wonder about his motives—especially toward women and women of color.

If anyone else has experienced issues with Mike M. at this location, I encourage you to report him to Chick-fil-A corporate. Customer service matters, and no one should be treated this way.
