“This no frills spot in the Asian Square on Buford Hwy has been a long time go-to for Pho, Bun vermicelli dishes, and some of the best Banh Mi in town. The sandwiches here are much fuller than at other banh mi spots in the Doraville/Chamblee area, and they also use a different French bread than most of the other places. And you can't beat the service or the prices! Now taking credit cards for a small fee; they were cash only for many years. This is a hidden treasure that's not to be missed.“

“Honestly I’m not worried about people smoking inside. They have a sign on the door that warns you. Anyway, great Vietnamese coffee and (when I was there) free sweet tea came with it. So we got 4 drinks for $8. Not too bad.Note that they only take cash! Remember to bring it!“

“I'm from California and we have so many banh mi shops to choose from. This place definitely is the best in the area. I ordered the classic and the kbbq beef banh mi. They were very tasty and surprising as I am spoiled in Cali. My only complaint would be with the kbbq banh mi. I wish they used kimchi instead of the typical veggies on the banh mi.“

“Came here late at night and they served very good Pho here! Though the lights are kinda weird since one side is like neon pink and the other side is regular lights, and i was sitting in the middle of them both. So it kinda make my eyes hurt. “The dishes here are delicious vietnamese guilty pleasure food! We have came here multiple times and have ordered several dishes such as losaldo, pho, lychee lemonade, pear salad, and truffle fries. These food are all fatty and flavorful (losaldo was especially good for me). However, there could be more pho noodles but overall pretty good. The setup in here is pretty clean and modern looking. Love the neon lights and plants.“

“There are numerous Vietnamese spots in the area and we chose this one on the flip of a coin. It was a good coin flip. I had the shrimp spring rolls and the wife had the fried egg rolls and I highly recommend both. Of course the main reason was the phõ and it didn't disappoint at all. The fresh herbs and sprouts to accompany were crisp and fragrant, almost like they were just picked. Really good place to go for sure. Real appreciative for the fresh orange slice in the water for a refreshing offset from just plain water.“

“We recently found this restaurant and have been coming back regularly. They have very authentic Vietnamese dishes that are hard to find at another restaurant in Atlanta. Very good "pho in a stone bowl" - probably the best pho I've ever had in Atlanta. The "bánh mì phá lấu", "bún đậu mắm tôm", and "bún mắm" are also great. We will come back to try even more dishes here.“

“I ordered 2 beef phos from here tonight. I usually dine in here but my partner was sick so I got it to go to help make him feel better. There was a small issue with the order but I called back, a little frustrated (and I shouldn’t have) but the gentleman that assisted me in the restaurant was quick to help (I hope he gets a raise or something). “The Best vegetarian pho I’ve ever had. It came out steaming ?Prices are insanely reasonable. We enjoyed the tofu fresh rolls, tofu bahn mi, and tofu pho. It was all really tasty. The atmosphere is trendy with many taking photos of the restaurant. The owner or manager was walking around doing table touches which was really nice. My only feedback would be to deep fry the tofu or sautée it in chili oil or hoisin sauce to give it a bit more flavor and to make it a little less wet/soft. Thank you! We will be back!“

The bar area is very nice. One of the best I have seen. And beware the valet service is $20. Le Colonial gives a $5 discount so price comes down to $15.. Even so, this is the highest valet service fee that I have ever experienced. That aside, we enjoyed a wonder evening.“

Like usual, the Đặc biệt is what I love as it has everything and should satisfy meat lovers. First spoon of the savory and deep rich tasting broth tells me...it's going to hit the spot. “It was the first time at this restaurant, one our daughter and sil have visited regularly. I can't remember everything each of us had, but, we all enjoyed it. I had the Cornish Hens with special rice. The hen's skin was a little too crisp, but the meat was tender and tasty. The special rice wasn't all that special, yet I didn't leave any. “I don't eat Ramen or Udon at all, but I like the pho at this restaurant. You can eat a large portion for around $16. However, sometimes the taste is bland or the temperature of the soup is low. All store staff do not greet customers when they enter the restaurant, do not thank customers when they check out, or when they leave the restaurant. There is a table on the sidewalk at the entrance to the restaurant, and Asian employees are sitting there smoking cigarettes during their business hour.“

“WOW!! What a warm welcoming. I am from Michigan and just stopped in for a quick lunch with family and the service here is amazing! They were so helpful with the menu, refreshed our waters when low and the food came out so quick I couldn’t believe it. I wanted to highlight one server but could not remember his name, but the entire staff was helpful so they all deserve to be recognized! When I am in town again, I will for sure return!“

“Authentic viet sandwiches, packed with flavor and doesn’t skimp out on toppings and meat, which some banh mi places do. We ordered bbq pork (#8), regular pork (#9), beef (#14), and combination (#16) sandwiches and all were amazing!!! It’s a bit of a drive but we’ll worth coming here, it’s hidden in a shopping center so people typically miss it but you have to come and check this place out! They also have side dishes as well like egg rolls (they were good) & drinks to go along with your sandwich. “This is a new spot downtown. It seems like there are two restaurant establishments in this one space (so convenient imo), Thai Downtown and another Vietnamese restaurant. Just outside along the street you can find parking. Across the street is the Municipal Market. The inside of the restaurant has a bunch of tables that are very well decorated. I ordered their Drunken Noodle with shrimp, extra spicy. It took a minute to get the food but it was good. The noodles were wide and soft, not over cooked. They gave me about 7 pieces of shrimp, standard size. However, the dish lacked basil and veggies - they were there (just green and red peppers) but microscopic except for the onions. There were a TON of onions. I usually like a lot of flavor from the vegetables and herbs and I can't imagine what it would have been like if I didn't add the shrimp and extra spicy flavor. Would I go back? Yeah, but I would avoid the people at the counter since they weren't so friendly and order at the computer instead.“
