“I lived in Korea for nearly a decade, this place is alright given it's Evans. Food is about the quality of your run of the mill fast food style restaurant in Korea. The prices are expensive for what you get though. $18 for a mediocre kimchi jjigae (literally had just kimchi in it and almost nothing else), and their kimchi isn't very good. I'd maybe go back to try something else but given the prices this would be a rare occasion. Service was good though and staff are friendly.”

Now, this is where I have a problem. Ive eaten at restaurants all over the world, I have adhered to many dress codes. A 600.00 Cowboy hat is part of a look that is acceptable in many fine dining restaurants all over the Country. To embarrass someone and tell someone to remove a hat, due to a poorly posted " No hat Policy " is ridiculous. Its not like a ratty, sweat band crusted Masters Baseball cap or similar. This is why I'll take our 300.00 + dollar dining elsewhere, not for lack of food but character.”

“Izumi Japanese Buffet is commonly known as a sushi buffet, which is one of the things it is. They also have a hot food line that has Chinese-type food along with some eclectic items. Finally, they have a Hibachi station where you can pick what you want (meats and vegetables) and a chef cooks it. But the most space is allocated to sushi.
Now this may seem odd - I don’t eat raw fish, and there are still plenty of types of sushi there that I like - vegetarian and cooked seafood. The other three people I usually go with love sushi of all types and love to go there. Everything I’ve had from the hot bar has been good, and one of our party recently tried the Hibachi bar and said it was the best choice in the restaurant.
It’s a very casual place - don’t worry, as long as you’re dressed, they’ll let you in. The buffet is about $25 apiece with a soft drink. Kids are welcome, but there have never been so many there that they’re obtrusive in my experience.
I gave service as a four because like most oriental places I’ve been, they pester you to take your used dishes. Also, since it’s a buffet, there’s not a lot for them to do except bring drinks and refills. And I gave atmosphere a 3. I mean, it’s a fairly inexpensive buffet; what do you expect?
It’s a staple for my group. We like it there, and everybody finds something they like. Personally, I recommend it.”

The food was delivered hot and it was delicious. The guests were very complimentary of all of the dishes especially the mac and cheese. The amount of food was generous and reasonably priced. I would use them for catering again for good service and food and no hassle.”

“I ordered for the first time today through DoorDash. It was a bit later jn the day and they were out of 2 of the cupcakes I had requested. Instead of just canceling them the sweet lady (I didn’t get her name) took time to call me to let me know and offered me to replace or just get a refund. Of course I picked replace and I’m glad I did. These are some of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. The chocolate cream is so good. I will definitely order again 😊”

Years ago my daughter had rehearsal with the Augusta Players Jr. at Greenbrier high school, instead of sitting through her rehearsal I had dinner at Mi Rancho, I’ve been comeback to this location for great Mexican food every since. So, I knew exactly what I wanted for my own birthday; the white-chocolate raspberry bundt cake. ~~~~~~~~ I wanted an actual cake. My options were the 8” that *serves 8* or the 10” that *serves 18* (serving #s from website, $10 difference) Wasn’t sure of the # of guests attending b/c this was a casual dinner at my dad’s house, RSVPs weren’t a thing. Figured it was better to have too much than not enough so I got the 10. 5 guests finished half the cake. We didn’t have huge servings either, maybe 2” slices each. ~~~~~~~~ BIGGEST let down was their “TOPS Malibu Sparkler Candles” at $4.50 each (for the smaller size). I purchased 2 star shaped, a #4 and a #0. Four candles, $18. On the website they are described as: “TOPS Malibu Sparkler Candles…add the finishing touch to any Bundt Cake...From the first flicker to the final wish, our candles transform your cake into a memorable centerpiece…Sparkler candles burn clean and leave no black smoke or residue behind.” My dad and one of my brothers each attempted to light the candles. Nothing happened. Then, after about 15 seconds of a regular lighter being held to one spot, the spot turned black. No signs of any kind of spark or flame. My dad decided to look at the packaging they came in. On the back, it says, “May take up to 50 seconds to ignite using a *BUTANE* lighter”. (This info is NOT on the website. No one said anything when I placed my order over the phone or when I picked up in person). Total bust. ~~~~~~~~ In summary, the cakes are fabulous, but ask lots of questions before you order, especially about the decorations/extras/add-ons.”

The best part however was the attitude and consideration of our server, Madeline. It was clear from the beginning that she cared about our experience and was attentive to every detail. I so appreciate someone who works so hard to be the best representation of themselves no matter what they are doing. “Having been a store general manager myself for several years before retirement I found this stores GM very argumentative and unwilling to listen to a calling customer. She was highly defensive and outrageously rude, not a great representative of Burger King employees. While my store was in a poor neighborhood it still managed to take an award for outstanding customer service 5 years in a row and I had a firey temper in my younger days. However the saying the customer is always right, you have to keep repeating to yourself, but in your mind ( but only in their mind) will get you through some tough situations. I must say, rather than argue with the GM I just hung up on her, as no amount of drama was going to calm her down. Rest assured that I will not be venturing to this store again, but using other burger stores. I believe 5 Guys have really good burgers and much better fries.”

“Buyer Beware...I ordered last Saturday Night from here and was very disappointed..the cost of my food was higher than the online prices to start. We began to eat the food and it was so salty it burn our tongues ...terrible...I called the owner and told her in which she said I'll refund your money...big lie...she has avoided me for a week and half now....this terrible food cost me 80$ ..I was fair and told her how bad it was and they have treated me completely unfair...take it from me save your money”

“We visited the Cracker Barrel in Evans Ga and our experience was exceptional. The food was hot and prepared well as one would expect. The best part however was the attitude and consideration of our server, Madeline. It was clear from the beginning that she cared about our experience and was attentive to every detail. I so appreciate someone who works so hard to be the best representation of themselves no matter what they are doing. Cracker Barrel, Evans Ga, should consider themselves blessed to have such a conscientious server as they do in Madeline. If there was a fifth star, she would certainly deserve it!”

“i had the Vietnamese coffee and um it tastes nothing like Vietnamese coffee, other than i guess the attempt at using condensed milk creamer. and sadly, it made me even more sleepy. i did have the breakfast sandwich and that was actually fantastic and worth coming back for. don't love having to kill myself trying to take a left out of there, though. lady at front was friendly and funny. i don't know if she is the owner or what. the glossy tables are pretty cool too”
