“This is the second time we have eaten from here. The first time I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I wanted a taco salad but ordered a Torta. I was not disappointed with my order. It was a good mistake! The grilled taco salad that I had today was absolutely the best I have ever eaten. My husband agreed with me. I would recommend eating at this place! “Place was busy when we arrived at 6:45 pm. Staff was friendly. Line was long as cashier was alone taking orders from those in line as well as phone orders. Fortunately we called in out order prior to arrival. We stood in line to pay. Then waited for our food for another fifteen minutes. Food was warm and tasty. “Best coffee place ever! Never had a bad coffee, smoothie, or energy drink. The service is always great and friendly. They are quick and have your order ready in no time. One of my favorite features is when you mobile order in their app they do not start making your order until you arrive. So it's always fresh when you pick it up. The mini doughnuts are also a great little snak anytime of the day. Can't beat the price either. You get 3 for $1. I highly recommend going anytime you are around one of their drive thru locations.”

“This is my favorite place to get steak frajetas and cost is $9.99. Comes on a sizzling hot dish with a separate plate of additions (refried beans, rice, shredded lettuce, sour cream) and 4 wraps.
Went there on December 27th, 2025. It was busy but service was prompt and server came by several times too see if we needed anything else.”

“Mango Sushi is the to go place to eat. The sushi is out of this world. Haven’t had a bad one yet. All kinds to your liking. If you don’t like raw you can get baked. The atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly service. If you’ve not tried it out, you need to least try it one time. I give a 5 star rating.”

“Let’s get one thing straight. Fast food doesn’t have to feel fast and careless. And this Wendy’s on Battlefield Parkway proves it every single time.

From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and moving with purpose. Orders come out quickly, and, here’s the shocking part… the food is actually HOT. Imagine that! Spicy nuggets and fries served the way they’re supposed to be.

The dining room is consistently spotless, and the drink station is just as clean. You’d be amazed how many fast-food restaurants can’t manage something that simple. Clean tables, stocked drink machines, and a restaurant that actually looks like someone takes pride in it. That’s becoming a rare sight these days.

I come here on my lunch break from work, and it’s one of the few places where I can actually enjoy a little peace and quiet while eating. No chaos, no filthy dining room, no cold food—just a well-run restaurant with a team that clearly cares.

And I’ll say what plenty of people are probably thinking. This location puts the Wendy’s in Dalton to shame. The difference in consistency, cleanliness, and customer service isn’t even close.

To the team at Battlefield Parkway, keep doing exactly what you’re doing. Hot food, clean restaurant, fast service, and friendly people. It shouldn’t be extraordinary, but these days it absolutely is. This is how fast food is supposed to be done.”

“After dealing with Taco Bell's new weird gift card trap of forcing customers to either always have money on the gift card or landing perfectly at or below the amount threshold, I accidentally placed my pickup at the wrong location. Ashley walked me through how to reload and transfer gift cards and fixed everything. Thank you for making a long day easier to get through!”

“I was doordashing, stopped in to pick up the order, never been to this location before. The manager was at the door and politely opened the door for me and automatically greeted me and was so sweet! He could read me quick and showed me where to pick up the order and really impressed me. If I had not already gotten a new job I would have asked for his name and let him know I would apply. I would work for him in a Heart beat! When complimenting to another worker she seemed very proud of her manager and was very happy to hear my review. That told me this man knows how to run a business, how to treat his employees and still be amazing! Keep up the awesome work!!”

“I had a very unfortunate situation when taking an elderly client for a short meeting. We sat in a booth right on the other side of where the meal is served. So we could clearly hear when our name was called. Unfortunately, the table was broken. Broken to the point where I had to get a manager to try to help study it. The manager was unable to kneel over to fix the table and I literally did the work for her. Stuffing napkins under the table as we already had our food on it I did not want to have to move. Whoever has invested in this location, needs to go by and check it. It could use a deep cleaning as well. I took pictures of the dirty booths. And the broken table. Sent them to corporate. And they said we hope you “trust us” in the future to come back and have a better experience. Really?”
