“This is one of the greatest ice cream places I’ve ever been to! The place has a very nice, Christian, family friendly atmosphere, which is kept clean very nicely. There’s plenty of seating, many options of unique ice cream flavors, and the best quality of all: It’s very affordable!Payed for 2 double scoop cones and one single scoop kids cone. The price was only ~$15, and there was a large amount for how much we payed!The bathroom was nice and very clean, and there were also canned soft drinks and bottled water, though we didn’t get any. Staff were kind and attentive.All-in-all, a wonderful Spot.“

“The people that took my orders, cooked my food and served my food were friendly, smiling, well mannered and never messed up my orders since I have been going back to Sonic because I had moved out of town. I've been back in the area since early October 2023 and had a pleasurable experience every time I've been there which is usually about twice to three times a week. “Me and my husband ate Crumbl cookies for the first time the other day. This location only had 6 flavors when I went. I expected more choices but these cookies were still the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life. Also… there were two girls working there when we went and they both had the best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. They were so nice and so welcoming. This place was so busy when we went but both of them were still so friendly and patient with each person. We visited this place on March 9th in the evening. I wish I would have got their names so I could mention them. Whichever girls were there working during this time need some recognition because they deserve it! Excellent place to get dessert!“

“i work from home so i don’t get coffee out and about that often anymore but if i feel like having something a little more special than my at-home coffee i really like coming here. i’m not much of a coffee snob and i think if this place more for “treat” type coffee rather than “the working man’s” cup of coffee if you know what i mean, but it’s not over-the-top i-can-feel-a-cavity-forming sweet, and they’re really good about adjusting the sweetness level if you ask. honestly i didn’t feel compelled to write a review because of the coffee as much as i do because of the service. i’ve been here about a dozen times - maybe more - at times ranging from 5am to late afternoon and even though i’ve had a different barista almost every time, the people working here are always ~particularly~ nice. i wonder if it’s all the caffeine lol. anyway, always a pleasant experience and the blended chai tea latte (+ espresso shot) is delicious, would recommend.“

“We absolutely recommend THIS BRUSTERS’S in East Brainerd. The staff is Fantastic!! They didn’t have my most on Wednesday. This precious lady said, don’t worry Honey, I will fix you up. They absolutely are 10 out 10 in flavor, customer service, cleanliness and personality!! We drive from Chickamauga to get our Bruster’s fix and buy pints to take home.“

“The blackberry peach cobbler was delicious but the sweet peachy tea was too sweet and might have been recently put in the cooler. Idk. It wasn't very cold. There were lots of sweets to choose from the menu; waffles, cookies, cinnamon rolls, churros, brownies and cobblers. There was plenty of parking and handicap parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our cobbler run!“

“Quiet and quant .. we stopped with a group of 12 with pre-booked tickets for the tour. It lasted maybe 30 minutes. Parking was free and many good photo ops along the way.During the tour we were given the process and history of Mayfield and how many milk bottles they fill each day. Pretty amazing place. Hard working staff and a free scoop of ice cream at the end.“

“Unusually friendly and patient service and delicious sorbet in a suburban location just off I-75. For a place staffed almost entirely by teens I really can't say enough about the service and products. The only negative is the parking lot, which is tiny and appears to have been used for test-bombing by the Air Force.“

“One of the main ice cream shops that comes to mind. This location offers a drive through which is nice. The building was clean and had a quiet atmosphere. Each scoop was around $3 so it isn’t the cheapest… but the flavors are worth the experience. There are tables inside for dining.“

“We don't have one of these nearby, so it was nice to go in and get some great scoops I remembered from childhood. I got a scoop of the gold medal ribbon, which is really like getting a caramel sundae because it is vanilla and chocolate swirled ice cream with a ribbon of caramel sauce in it. Other flavors our family bought were strawberry cheesecake, nutty coconut, Oreo cookies and cream, and mint chocolate chip (milkshake).“
