“Healthy options in more ways than one! My name is Danielle, I had a Drs appt this morning in Griffin. Long story short, my mom got out of my car at Sock Shop. I am diabetic and after driving around, stopping at Louise’s (going in, wandering then leaving) I ended up at Waffle House #2212 (Taylor St) my sugar had bottomed out and I couldn’t talk, see well, or converse. The waitress Jess was so sweet. She kept asking me questions and brought me a plate of food showing me how to eat & drink. The manager John helped me get my phone out & called my family. Guys, when I say I couldn’t talk, it was BAD. I was in a trance. Jess & John took care of me, called an ambulance to check me out. My sugar started rising so I started to come around. My faith in HUMANITY has been restored. I don’t know where I would’ve ended up if not for their compassion! Thank you Jess & John, I will be a regular visitor when I can in the future.”

It was like, if they didn't look in my direction, I wasn't there. Then a woman, I presume, was the manager asked what I was waiting for, and I gave her my order.
The order came out quickly. It was hot, and the fries were crispy and good.
The Icee machine is down and they didn't have tea.
The dining room was clean. The music was at the correct volume for me.”

“Stopped on our travel from Athens GA to Tallessee Alabama to get lunch. The atmosphere was great. Food was good and the service was even better. I had the Reuben sandwich and my husband had the cubed steak. We shared the southwest egg rolls. The waitress learned we rode our motorcycle and being a rider herself, she asked to pray with us before leaving. This is a local gem!”

My family and I came up to eat Thursday 75 cent night they were understaffed, but they did a great job. But from my understanding they were very understaffed at the moment from what I heard they haven’t been busy like that in a Thursday night in weeks, which is understandable you put people where they are needed. Our server was amazing, but the owner had called and said some really rude things to her to make her cry, that is unacceptable, she did an amazing job and if we come back I hope to see here their again. Also when we were paying the amount of times the owner called to complain about something he saw on a camera instead of being there, you have a good staff, treat them like it. I was amazed by the staff and how they could work together under that situation when the constant calls from the boss. Yes it did get a little rough for a couple of minutes but I believe the kitchen and the servers did a fantastic job, including the Lady at the register. So I would like to say Thank you and y’all did a fantastic job tonight.”

“New owners now,hope they don't use the same recipe on there food,lemon pepper tasted like a box of salt and pure lemon needs tweeking a bit.try 1 min less on those tiny wings,way over cooked and hard.hang in there your food and customers will build up over time,consider suggestions. Frys were a bit over cooked,turned out soggy in those bags,just dump them in the tray,save your money and try a little salt.”

“Five stars to this restaurant for the noble act of blessing my family with a takeout order of lunch (and even dinner) for $20. My little girl loved her plain cheese quesadilla and even had seconds (we made her another one with a flour tortilla and the complimentary order of queso that we didn't order. My wife and I loved the steak fajitas. We ordered two separate orders of fajitas initially. When we got home and unwrapped our food, we saw that each order of fajitas was loaded with a lot of steak. We decided to share one plate and refrigerate the other one for dinner. And it costed me $20 even, no cents. My wife won't have to fry fish tonight due to the noble act of the owner of this establishment. Blessings to you! I will make sure to return in the future and support your business.

Griffin location always greets with a smile. Locust Grove is rancid oil causing the food to taste like chemicals, food is always prepared like slop, foul crappy attitudes.”
