“Delicious! This was my second time stopping by for takeout. I travel for work and stumbled upon it randomly on Yelp. I had the whole fried catfish both times, which comes with fresh fries, hush puppies, and slaw. I could eat like 10 of those hush puppies, they’re awesome. The catfish was perfectly crispy and seasoned nicely. I tried the fried okra this time as well, and it was excellent. The service is very good and the orders were 100% correct both times. I will be back for sure, going to try the fried green tomatoes next time!“
“My coworker and I are doing an out of town job in Griffin and we're looking for a good biscuit place and we definitely found it here. This is a wonderful southern gathering place with great food and kind, quick service at affordable prices. We will definitely be regulars here while in town.“
“Went for lunch on a Saturday, Food was ok, semi warm. pretty good selection of vegetables, 1st time going so we didn't know what or how to begin and not knowing price, turned out it was all you can eat for $15 each, only made the one plate and we were done. We figured that when finished you leave plates on table, several plates left on other tables, they weren't very busy, nobody ever picked up plates while we were there. Overall not bad, Fried chicken was great“
“We use to frequent the OG, been to this one 3 times now. Never disappoints. A little confusion when ordering. Which bars you can indulge in. Having to pick & pay up front. I can't do any all u can eat. I am happy to just order what I can handle. Would suggest, if this is the model that is going to be utilized on the future. May want to allow for 2 meats, 2 veggies, bread ,dessert plates. Letting me pick.Service was great, catfish excellent , collard greens, what was described as northern beans, aka, large limes, perfect. Generous serving of cornbread, yumm.“
