“Celebrated my mom’s birthday at Auld Alliance and the experience was perfect. Amazing food, memorable atmosphere and great service. Our table shared a bottle of wine and the Acorn Squash as an appetizer. Its smokey flavor and maple glaze set the autumnal mood and was enjoyed by everyone. Around the table we had the fish, filet, pork chop and duck. Each dish was cooked well with the unique Scottish/French flair. Our table also shared a couple bowls of Rumbledthumps which was as fun to eat as it was to say! Instead of dessert we enjoyed sweet after-dinner drinks. An outstanding meal with a spectacular view.”

“My hubby and I stumbled upon the Trading Post Smokehouse while riding to see fall foliage. We both had pulled pork sandwiches that were huge. They were so big that we would have been full splitting one. As sides, I had the potato salad and he had macaroni and cheese and both were very good. The sides portions were, also, large and neither of us were able to finish them. If you are in the area, I recommend giving them a try. They, also, sell some beautiful outside wooden furniture. I love the tall cypress gliders and am adding them to my list for Santa. ?”

“Charles the general manager is a very good customer focused employee. I once dropped my credit card at drive thru and didn’t realize it. Went thru drive thru next day and it was then I had lost my card. I asked the attending clerk if they happen to have found credit card. She asked other employees and Charles said he had seen it on the pavement outside of drive thru. Charles picked up the card and locked it up. He has made manager since then. He is very kind a patient and takes care of his customers. Hardee’s along with other competitors in our area struggle to keep the doors open for us. Great employee hope The Hardee’s corp appreciate him.”
