Arby's offers good food, including their 2-9 piece nugget meals and mozzarella sticks. The customer service is superb, with staff members being extremely friendly and efficient, making it a pleasant experience even for large orders. The Happy Hour specials from 2pm-5pm are a great deal. Some customers have noted that the drink lid area can be dirty, which can be off-putting, and there have been reports of long wait times both in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. Occasionally, food may arrive lukewarm, but Arby's is still known for having good meats. Many enjoy the potato cakes, milkshakes, roast beef, and chicken sandwiches, which are considered excellent. Overall, Arby's serves good stuff and has plenty of free parking.
