“This is my go to bbq when I am traveling to Atlanta and where I send people when they mention going to Atlanta.In over a decade, the consistent quality and delicious bbq, greens, cornbread, potato salad, brisket, and oh the ribs have never faltered. The gents behind the counter are always kind to a tired traveller who loves the food.We’ve had almost everything on the menu over the years.The chopped brisket sandwich is good good my kids will order multiple meals if possible.Love this place.Long time supporter of local team sports and community events.Vegetarian options: Very limited. “Food was great! We got hot wings, egg fried rice, steamed pork dumplings ( with sauce) and a canned soda. Wings were good, egg fried rice was top tier, pork dumplings were great. Canned sprite wasnt very cold. I would definitely eat here regularly if we werent from out of town.“
“It was my first time there, though I’d seen the place for years. I’d moved to another area of town so I never got a chance to dine there. I recently was in the area and craving barbecue and I remember Jim n Nick’s. Hooray! I ordered the 2lb classic rib with baked bean and Mac and cheese. The mini cheese muffins and sweet butter spread was unexpected and awesome. And 5 minutes later my order was on the table and looking delicious. When I ate the first rib I was in love, food love. The best ribs I’ve eaten so far. I am looking forward to visiting again with friends. I want to experience more items on the menu.“
“First time we went to the place. We are from another country and I always look for local restaurants with history to go to with my son.Upon entering, we were greeted with a warm hug by sweet Joy. She even took our order.The food is very good, especially the pulled pork, which I really like, and its sweet bbq sauce.The price is not bad for the size of the dishes and options.
