“We went to Reel on the recommendation of a nice couple we met at Refomation Brewery. We were seated promptly and ordered 2 drafts and the grilled octopus. The appetizer had grilled sliced octopus with truffled home fries, pickled red onions and a sherry mustard jus, a perfectly balanced starter. For mains we had blackened redfish with tomato crayfish butter, and pan sautéed flounder with lemon caper butter sauce. Both fish were superbly cooked. All presented food was carefully presented. All the while, we enjoyed music by Martin Joseph who we talked to and he couldn't have been nicer. Great ambience, great food, stellar night out in Woodstock. The shrimp dish was good and the Lasagna didn't have the typical sheet pasta, but again tasted great. Million dollar cake was a wow factor with every layer. It is definitely sharable. Cheesecake as well was amazing. Wine was okay.”

I got the house burger and loaded it with l,t,o,p and jalapeños with Xtra cheese with seasoned fries. I added a chocolate Concrete with Hershes syrup and Oreos.... Omg. Everything was delicious, the burger was messy but a great burger needs to be a bit messy. I can't respect it if it isn't. The fries were perfectly seasoned and tasty as hell. The Concrete was sooo amazing. Definitely hit the spot on the sweetness factor. So glad I got to try it but a bit irritated with Door Dash for making me reorder and waiting even longer cause I was HUNGRY!!! Thanks VB for a very fulfilling late lunch. Definitely will recommend and will be back for more. Besides, I saw there's hot dogs too!!!”

You must possess sufficient funds to purchase this taco truck. As of the time of this review, they do not accept debit cards or credit cards.
The service is quite efficient, but the seating capacity is limited. They only have a 2 or 3 tables outside. Which is not a big deal for most people, because they take it to go and enjoy their mexican food at their house where they can be messy anyway.”

“I went to City BBQ ( Woodstock) for the first time on Veterans Day. Being a vegetarian I thought I would pick up my Veteran’s Day meal minus the sandwich. But, Stephanie was so kind, she chatted with her manager and was able to swap the sandwich for a side. She thank me for my service with true sincerity. I had no idea the sides were so good!! I came back again today and Stephanie greeted me with the same kindness and sincere friendliness I experienced on Veteran’s Day. I watched her show the same kindness to others. Her energy truly changes the atmosphere, and her willingness to go the extra mile for a Military Veteran and vegetarian completely changed my view of City BBQ!”

“Dear gas station restaurant, I apologize for judging you and being apprehensive about trying you. You blew me out of the water and now I want to be best friends.
You learn as a kid to ‘not judge a book by its cover’ and that is true of Cylantros. Yes, it is attached the Shell gas station but a better way to put it is that the gas station it attached to it. Cylantros is the main event here after all.
Our table ordered the VENEZUELAN PATACÓ (with pork and shredded beef), CACHAPA (with just cheese), and sampler. All of the items were phenomenal. The cachapa was a sweet corn pancake and just perfect amount of flavor- I would add meat next time. The sampler gave a good variety of options- the best being the plantain and black bean arepa in my opinion. The star of the show though was the pataco. Hands down the BEST sandwich I have had in a VERY long time. The plantains are the ‘bread’ it is filled to the brim with meat, lettuce, tomato, etc. It is a must try!! I cannot wait to go back and get the sandwich again and try other arepas. If you need to ‘fuel’ yourself go to Cylantros, eat outside and embrace it!”

“This is one of our go to places for Pho and various Vietnamese food in the area. There are several places in the woodstock area and surrounding areas but this location is our favorite for the quality of the broth, flavor, value and service.
They have a good menu with other various items but we always come back for the Pho here. The broth is well made.”

“I have started working in the area & I Googled a few restaurants in the area. I looked at Canyons menu on line. I saw that they had a Black Bean Burger so I wanted to try it. I have only had a Black Bean Burger from Thumbs Up Diner in Austell. So I decided to stop by yesterday. I am COMPLETELY hooked on the Black Bean Burger now from Canyons. I was impressed by how the restaurant was clean and how it seemed the staff was very friendly. However, it didn’t really seem the cashier was enthusiastic but I get it it! I will definitely will go back. I was able to speak with Steven and he asked about my experience. He was very nice and gracious. I’m just sorry that I didn’t take any pictures.”

“This being my first time at Izumi, I was very impressed. A co-worker suggested that I try them for lunch today. I ordered the Drunken Tiger, the Ocean Roll, and a hot tea. The service was fantastic, both the host and server were friendly and had welcoming smiles. I recieved my food in a timely manner and took the suggestions for dishes. They did NOT disappoint! Both of my dishes were delicious. The fish was fresh and the flavors were to die for. I asked for my check early; as I have a brief break. They were delicious beyond my comprehension! If you serve these desert pastries to guests, don't be upset if they leave you just a tiny morsel of them on the plate. “The chick working the drive thru window in the middle of the night on a Friday morning was awesome. She was accommodating, polite, knowledgeable, personable yet professional. And best of all, she wore a real smile. Real! Like genuine. Truly made my day! If i had cash she would've gotten a really good tip!

The food was ok, not like it used to be ...the eggs taste like their fake, powdered, inmate eggs, not real chicken eggs.The bagel was hard enough to hurt my teeth when i bit into it, even though i normally have no pain in my mouth when i eat something that i really need to chew. The bacon was cooked exactly how i like it. Not too overdone, not too crispy, kind of chewy. The everything bagel was my first choice but sadly they were gone so i chose a cinnamon bagel instead. I should've gone with the croissant. I used to love them. The hashbrowns have a good flavor to them. The coffee was made to perfection as i ordered it. I'm really happy about the $6 meal deal. Glad they brought that back, offering affordability while still satisfying my appetite. I'll also add that this Dunkin location used to be the only one i went to until i moved near the one at canyon & Piedmont. The food here in Woodstock is much better and the service speaks for itself. Keep it up and I'll continue to drive the extra few miles for my vanilla iced coffee fix!”

I went through the drive thru on 7/11/2025 squalling because my dog was about to have to be put down because I couldn't afford to have her treated. Hollis was working & as I was ordering through tears, he very kindly opted not to charge me for the grilled nuggets/ice cream I was buying to give my dog one last yummy treat before she left me.
Then when I was crying at the pick up window another associate - I think his name was Charles - came over by my car and held my hand for a second.
You don't know how much those two interactions meant to me on a really terrible day I'll never forget.
Thank you to these two caring associates for making the day a little better with their kindness.”

“We frequently eat at the Captain D’s on Hwy 92 in Woodstock, Ga. One of the employees, Kirsten, has made the added effort to learn our names and recognize us with a broad smile when she sees us and kind friendly words of hospitality and welcome,seeing to it that we leave with a hometown feeling that our business is appreciated. When she isn’t there, we miss her. Food is dependably delicious and senior specials are a blessing.”

“The staff members are super. Most, if not all locations have tried to accommodate my individual requests that aren't offered on the menu, even when ordering online and picking up at the window. I drink half and half Coke zero and regular Coke but it's not offered that way on the menu. They offer a lemonade and tea mixture but there are no customization options with other beverages. The Chick-fil-A staff have always tried to accommodate my requests, so for that they get 5 stars!”
