I've also Noticed that most these places either have closed or change location. The pandemic has made it rough for Some of these tea places but this place... they have been there through and through. Love this place!! Milk tea was on point especially when so ask for a sweeter side. Mango black tea very fruity, love it! Service very fast and friendly. Location downtown pearlridge in the middle of the mall in front of DD and Claire's, cookie corner. Mood: satisfied

Tried the Cookie Monster, which was great. Their ratio of cookie crumbs to ice cream is perfect. The drink looks almost purple from the outside. If I'm looking for a generalist drink place, this is one I wouldn't hesitate to go to while at this mall.
