I love this place. You have a wide selection of meat, veggies and dumplings. I like the healthy herb (make it spicy), add tendon, fish, mushrooms, dried tofu skin and udon noodles.Grab your ingredients in the basket, go to the counter to weigh it and pick out the noodles then they bring it to you hot in a giant bowl. Protip, they give you a lot so eat all of the noodles out of it and then get the rest to go. Add your own stuff at home later. Leave room for the dessert... light...read full review
