I’ve gone to this restaurant over 5 times , so this review is LONG overdue. It’s so nice to not only enjoy some authentic Jamaican food, but the owner is such a joy as well. I’m in love with the oxtail over mash potatoes, curry goat with the rice and peas, the sorrel, and the beef patties. Really enjoyed the Jerk chicken. Loved the flavor. Ordered pickup both times I went. Service was fairly quick. I parked on Bishop St and walked in. Seating is limited but the restaurant is nice, clean and homely. This is the type of AUTHENTIC food that you'd expect (or I'd expect) from a hole in the wall place. I'll definitely go back again. P.s. I liked the hibiscus drink too (I forgot the name).

Located in The Heart of China Town in Honolulu, we stumbled across Irie Jerk, a Jamaican Restaurant. In about a month we must have visited at least five times. The Mash Potatoes are the best I’ve tasted anywhere, Finger licking Good.
